Harvest Moon 64 it is a game bout farming. Its kinda like animal crossing
you get your grandpas house and farm its up to you 2 keep it up and running. You can buy crops flowers and grass(fodder) 2 grow.
You can buy animals Horses cows sheep and chickens
Also you can visit the town and buy stuff 4 your house.
Its pretty fun im the only onr i know that has heard of it so if you have please post.

I own the one for gamecube, and Harvest Moon is one of my favorite series. You get to farm, raise animals, get married, have a kid ( ) , and all sorts of things!

Harvest Moon is a prime example of one of the greatest series out there. The graphics aren't flashy, the story's simple and linear, it's not violent at all.. but it's AMAZING! In fact, I'm going to go play when I'm done here. It's so quiet, and laid back.. I love it!

I have A Wonderful Life for the gamecube. I love it! XD I like to name my animals. (Kinda like how I name my pokemon, but their names are easier... like my cow is Ushi, the Japanese word for cow... -_-) Yeah, my friend got me into it. I got married and all, but I can't wait for my kid to grow up! I want to know what he's going to be... but I have to wait for that. ^_^;

I LOVE the Harvest Moon series.

I've played almost every single one of them...from GB to GCN, Harvest Moon, even above Pokemon, has always been my favorite game series.

As for HM64. Harvest Moon 64 was good, but I really didn't feel like it was much of a step up from the SNES version. It was just too similar and nowhere near as innovative as HM:AWL.

Omg... I haven't played that game ever since the year 2000. Classic game. I got everything done in the game too.

-House was completely renovated with all the addons
-Got married
-Had a kid
-All cows had golden milk
-Won every horse race
-Hired almost every Gnome
-Had over 10000000 money
-Hooked up all the other couples (Karen and Kai/Anne and Cliff/etc)

It was insane :D

Don't really remember...

OH! YA! Sorry, that was part of the Playstation version. I don't think Gnomes are in the N64 version. :| Sorry again. Everything else I did though.

Thats ok those guys creep me out anyways.
Eragon just played HM64 yesterday he really liked it.
I have a question I have 8 animals in my barn/stable (4 cows 4 sheep)
and like every other day my animals get sick. I feed talk and brush them everyday. I dont think i am doing anything wrong. If this can be stopped or has happened to anyone else please tell.
ohh and i feed them by putting fodder in their food troughs(u know that box in thier stable) Ive had them for 6"years" and it suddenly just started happening.

Did you leave your animals outside before you went to bed? If you don't put ur animals in the barn before you sleep, they will catch a cold overnight. Then you have to go into town and buy medicine for each animal that is sick. Oh, and don't always leave ur animals in the barn. They need time outside the barn or else they become somewhat neglected.

Here is my strategy... Split your field into two parts (one should be larger than the other). Anyway, the smaller one should be the feeding grounds for the barn animals. Also, make a wall around the smaller field using lumber. This helps because your animals might get into the larger field. Don't bring them outside if it is raining or snowing. And, before you go to bed, bring all the animals by using the bell and push them back inside. Shouldn't take you more than a few minutes.

The larger field is for harvesting fodder for winter (since the grass doesn't grow in the winter, this is used for storage). Also, you should have the greenhouse by now. Use the greenhouse for plantations.

Need any other help?

Don't forget the wall. It is used to keep them organized (instead of wandering, like u said).
