When I mean fitness, I don't mean going outside for five minutes to water your garden. Or to let your dog relieve itself. No. I'm talking about what you do for basic excercise, whether it be daily, weekly, monthly, whatever.

Me? I run some mornings before school and I walk the dog at night. Every month, I also go with a bunch of friends to a park nearby and we play some soccer. I don't do much exercise but I'm pretty skinny.

Discuss.

I usually do yoga (Shut up) and Samurott teaches me the Martial Art Soku Uchinasai.
Its very funny knowing that I can take someone down with in a few blows! :)

Every morning i run around campus with some friends, then at night i do the following at the gym:
Arms:
shoulder press 2x - 3x10reps
tricep press 2x- 3x10 reps
bicep curl 2x- 3x10 reps

Stomach:
Crunches- 200
Reverse crunches-(lay on back with legs together. Raise legs together a few feet off of ground, slowly lower without ever replanting them on the ground, continue to raise and lower, using the abs to power it) do 3x 10 reps
Stretch out your abs alot inbetween your different rounds of things
Pose: Lay on back with legs together. Lift shoulders and head off the ground a few inches. Lift legs up and use the butt as a fulcrum point. put your hands out in front of you for balance. Hold this position for a full 10 seconds. Turn to the right side and hold this for a complete 10 seconds, turn to the middle and hold for 10 seconds, turn to left side and hold for 10 seconds. don't left head or legs too much, try to really feel the burn with this one


Legs:
Lunges x 50
Abbducter 2 x 3x10 reps
Adductor 2 x 3x10 reps
leg press 1 x 3x10 reps
quads 1 x 3x10 reps

This routine will take about an hour to do and you can change up what you want to work on different days so it doesn't get boring.
