Ok. This is something I've been meaning to post for awhile now...
To find out if you are, in fact, a gaming hipster, answer the following questions!
1.) Do you play games that not many people know even exist?
2.) Does your world practically revolve around gaming? (This for all games)

Yes, and yes. Here are some of my favorite little-known games:

Drill Dozer
Henry Hatsworth and the Puzzling Adventure
Retro Game Challenge
Avalon Code
Solatorobo, Red the Hunter
Muramasa, the Demon Blade
A Boy and His Blob (on Wii)
No More Heroes 2

I only own Nintendo consoles, so I take notice when more obscure titles are released.

Yeah, I'm also a gaming hipster.
I used to have Bomberman on my phone, play Fossil Fighters on my DS, play TDU, MoH, Megaman, and the occasional Final Fantasy, whenever I have loads of time to kill.
And my life revolves around gaming.

Don't hipsters ''do/wear/played/knew about X before everyone else did/before it was cool/before it got famous"? Like if you read really popular books the day they came out, before anyone knew about them- Lord of the Rings, as an example.
But anyway, I suppose Cave Story, Fossil Fighters, Drawn to Life (if it counts), and not much else.

The first one or Champions? There are about three other people I know IRL that play it, too.

The first one. I haven't gotten the second one yet.
Unfortunately.

Though my reply to that fossil fighters question is more than a bit delayed, I don't really have a single favorite, However, my first team was Elasmo, Spinax, S-Raptor, Venator, and I had a T-Rex right from the beginning when the shop had a head available for purchase.

I have a topic about Fossil Fighters somewhere on here, so let's try to stay on-topic, ok?

I played Minecraft before even survival test. Lava survival~
Otherwise, nope! Other than a couple of obscure roguelikes.

Yes, yes. Who doesn't play a few little-known games? I have some cheap DS, GBA and GameBoy games I got from Gamestop sales, like Star Trek games and Zoo Tycoon DS.

Yes and yes.

Oh lord, too many to mention. I meddle with a lot of old DOS games, but some of the lesser-known highlights in my collection are Traffic Department: 2192, One Must Fall: 2097, the early flight simulators produced by Dynamix (Red Baron, Aces of the Pacific, etc.), and the Hugo's House of Horrors trilogy, to name a few.

Oh, if we're counting DOS games, I have some that would take the cake. I love playing 7 Cities of Gold but no one seems to have heard of it.

I thought those games were popular.

Wow, meant Persona 4: Arena. Blerp.

Maybe it's just me, but no one likes Chain of Memories.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom counts kinda too, I guess. It's somewhat getting revived.

These were amazing, specially Drill Dozer and Muramasa.

Oh, has anyone heard of Summon Night: Swordcraft Story? Or Riviera: The Promised Land? Amazing GBA games.
