I don't have any favorite artists/bands/songs because there are too many I like and it is nearly impossible to pick a favorite. I can also name some at the other end of the spectrum. Taylor Swift- To put it in a few words, she is not a very good singer. If you've ever heard her on TV or at a concert, you would know that she wouldn't have made it to a musical career without studio editing. I'm assuming she became famous because of her song writing and because of her ultra gorgeousness. I think her song writing is very good, though, and I would have rathered her become a song writer or even a model. I bet you that she would be very successful in either. Coldplay (Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall)- I ADORE this band. However, the song "Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall" is probably their worst song at the moment. The lyrics are repetitive and the music seems emotionless, as well as lacking what I call "dedication" (usually good songwriting is dedicated to someone or some other thing, but this song is no such case). This song seemed to be aimed at Pop fans, but for a ground breaking and artistic band, I must say, this song fails. Justin Bieber [aka Justin Beaver]- *insert very obvious reasons* He's a pretty good percussionist, though. JB would probably do well in some Disney Channel boy band. What are your least preferred? I dont have any artists in particular but i dislike country, heavy metal, and some rap music that just doesnt sit well with me |

I don't like Pop, Rap, stuff like that. Actually, I think Country is good, but I won't listen to this everyday. Also, I hate Justin Beaver, One Direction, etc. |

At the moment, nothing but the usual. The usual being **** like jazz, classical, hardcore rap (like gangster), soft hip hop (I'd rather clawed my ears out than listen to 95% of Usher's songs, which fall in this genre), and 95% of country. I say 95%, because I can't resist Garth Brooks. But as for pop, well... *sigh* NO! |
