How do I gain weight to up a class in MMA Fighting? Currently, I'm 6' and 153 pounds. I want to gain as much weight as I can. What would be the healthiest, quickest, most effective way to gain some. I work out in the gym and all I do is tone my muscles, there is no weight gain. Someone give me som good advice. Maybe someone with experience in MMA fighting that knows about going up and down weight classes. Thanks!
