Well, I suppose scratching your itchy nose will be somewhat of a challenge with the new controller. =P I think the new controller is ugly... I don't want to play with a remote control... Although Nintend has come up with an original design...could it be too original? I'm not sure if I'm going to get the revolution anymore...

yo dont trash it till u try it ok?
I still think it's pretty cool. an scratching your nose wont be a challenge cuz u could have 1 hand free! :P

It's perfect for alot of things... say ur playin classic mario with one of ur friends... an they jump on you... you'll have a free hand to smack them with!!!
(i do not support violence in any way and/or form other than video game violence)

This new Rev controller is openin up a whole new can o' whoop-ass against the other next-gen systems. It's almost like nintendo is fighting back for its right as the one an only all time gaming champions they are.
Of all the game companies, can u think of anyone who's been around longer than Nintendo and still a huge success?

I cant wait for the revolution to come out. an smash sounds fun.. wonder if u can just point the remote up to jump :P

Well, I'm not saying it doesn't have potential... Although just the idea of having to squish your hands together just to use the D-pad and the 'small A' button doesn't really appeal to me. Also, I don't understand why Nintendo changed the buttons so much on the new controller. Now there's going to be two A buttons (small and big A) and two B buttons.

(Kid 1: Press the A button!
Kid 2: *presses the a button*
Kid 1: No! That a button makes you self destruct!)
^Exageration

I guess I would have prefered if they would have used an 'evolution' of the GCN controller. That way there would be a c-stick and R and L buttons. (I especially hope that button combinations won't be limited because of the new controller) I hope that I'm wrong when it comes to the Revolution as I really wanted this system. I'm sure Nintendo will still pull through as usual and create another hit system.

Well, you probably won't have one hand free because one hand will be holding the attachement for the Controll stick. (and letting it fall down might slowly ruin the wire [although it looks fairly durrable]) So unless you can grow a tail or 3rd arm, you won't be able to scratch your nose while playing a game that requires the controll stick. =P

-2nd edit-
I suppose the trigger buttons will replace the R an L buttons.

uh...the same ones the GBA has? The Micro is just a mini-GBA, people, not an entirely new handheld.

EDIT: For those of you who have no idea what the Revolution controller is supposed to be for, I offer you this video as an explanation. The file is about 2.7 MB in size, so if you have a dial-up connection, be prepared to wait a while while it loads.

I don't really like the micro. I think it's kinda lame to make a smaller version of the game boy.

One of my friends is trying to get me to like the Revolution controller.

I can't find the joy in it. I really don't like it. That cord will snap. If I'm going to have two parts loose in my hands, and I die in some game, I'm going to throw my hands into the air, and waglle about, do that too many times, and it will surely take a beating.

I also don't like to remote controller feel of it. The buttons are not all well placed, and personally, making a game controller look like a remote, is retarded.

The other piece is stupid too. I forgot what it looks like, but it looks really dumb.

Stop trying people, I'll never like it.

I personally think it's such a rip-off for the 360 price...I can already imagine how much the PS3 will cost...I'm probably going to be skipping this "generation" of video games.

Exactly, you can't wreck your TV by throwing the controller at it, the controller will come back to you like a regular boomerang. Nifty idea from Sony. :) It still looks like it would be slightly awkward to hold, though, which is my main complaint about the PS3's controller.

Yeah; the Xbox360 is being recalled and taken off of shelves in some stores (like Target and Walmart) because of the numorous reports of glitches and system failures.

The biggest problem is that overheating. The laser inside the 360 is so powerful that it can melt any dvd disc/game disc. There's even a possiblity it can set fire to the 360 itself (there has been a rumor about this happening, but currently not proved. But everything else stated is true)

So, I recommend buying/playing the 360 with exteme caution or if you're that desperate to play it. If you have one, I recommend you return it to the store or send it to Microsoft soon.
