This is a thread for posting artists who are below the radar. Ever find a little known band or a musician whose talent completely floored you? Lots of artists out there deserve recognition for their talent and originality, but scarcely get it. Mainstream artists overshadow these unfamous singers/songwriters and what have you. The little guy needs some attention too sometimes, ya digg? Here's a place to post your favorite unfamous artists and give a little information behind their music and why it appeals to you. --- Here's my favorite unfamous artist: Artist: Jack Conte Genre: Alternative He writes all his own songs and plays all the instruments for his recordings. He combines poetic and deep lyrics with unimaginably inspired guitar playing. I particularly like his song 'Eat'. If you wish to hear some of his music, look him up on youtube. |
