Post subject:  I discovered the coolest thing on Mario 3!
Last night, me and my friend (known here as The Champ) were playing All-Stars' version of Mario 3 and we were playing 2 players. It was in the castle level in the first world, and I was kinda zoned out at the time. But he was like "hey, did you know about this?". I looked up, and he was wearing the Tanooki suit. I was like "omglol1337!". Then he started pushing select, and he could turn into any suit he wanted to. I was shocked! Later on, we found out we could turn into the boot too! This works on every single level too, even on bosses. If you use the boot in the water, you instantly sink, and it's like you're not even in water.

Man, I wish I could record this on a tape, it was so cool! To make sure it wasn't something you could actually do, we took the game out, blew in it, and put it back in. It didn't work. Then I messed around with the cartdrige again and I eventaully got it working again!

I swear, this is probably the best and coolest thing I have ever stumbled apon!

To anyone that has Mario All-Stars, try this trick out. I think our game was a tap bit tilted. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Yeah dude i was awesome the levels were so easy if you got hit just push select and you turned into it again so you wont die inless you fall underground. or fall in quicksand but still you had the boot.

some mario 3 versions have that "select advantage"..it's cool.
I have all starst + mario world.
Here mario 3 hasn't got this trick....:cry:
