I actually like Spongebob. The very first season was super hilarious. But now the newer seasons are just plain stupid.

Its funny how immature they are. I laugh at some jokes but not all. I like this one when patrick breaks is butt..

This is exactly how I feel. I occasionally watch the newer stuff, but I do not find it any where near as enjoyable or funny as seasons one through three. Originally, Spongebob was just naive for the most part, and Patrick was just your classic thick-headed lovable lug. They mainly behaved in lighthearted ways. For some reason, after the movie came out, they changed them to be idiots and all about being silly in illogical ways. Half of the newer episodes are about them annoying Squidward by being complete idiots.

Early Spongebob is awesome. <3 Later Spongebob is sad.

I think all of the sponge bob episodes are good except the one that has the guy dreased up in a gorila suit in the end that one was retarted

Every Sponge Bob episode is decently funny, some can be watched a hundred times and still be fresh, while some you will hate to see again, it just matters on your sense of humor, and I love those subliminal messages :wink:

When we had Nick in the school channel set, we would watch this in homeroom. My friend and I suggested this. That was in the 7th grade. I've been watching Spongebob since the second episode was released in 1999.

from "MermaidMan and BarnacleBoy 3" (This is where SB and Patrick unfreeze Manray and "teach" him to be good)

Manray: Excuse me sir, but I do believe you've dropped your wallet.
Patrick: Doesn't look familiar to me.
M: I just saw you drop it. Here.
P: It's not my wallet.
M: I'm trying to be a good citizen and return it to you.
P: Return what to who?
(Manray is now clearly frustrated)
M: Aren't you Patrick Star?
P: Yup.
M: And this is your ID?
P: Yup.
M: I found this ID in this wallet, and if that's the case this must be your wallet.
P: Makes sense to me.
M: Then take it!
P: It's not my wallet!
(Part 2: Patrick now has a heavy box)
M: Excuse me sir, but I noticed you were struggling with that heavy package. Would you like some help...
(Patrick drops the box on Manray's foot- 3 times. Patrick apologizes and manray tries to say something each time)
M: You butter-fingered pink thing! What's in that box anyway?!
P: My wallets.
