ok now i got a question ive seen many videos and stuff on youtube and mega video exc of ssbb charecter possiblites at first i thought sonic wasnt gonna be in there but they have beliveable proof so i got a question uh do u think sonic will be in there yes or no ?

There is no way to be certain as of right now. That I am aware of.

I don't know how many times I've had to say this but Sonic will NOT be in brawl for many reasons. Two big ones that I go by and have definite proof of is that that olympics game will be the first with both Mario and Sonic in it for years. Why turn around and put them together merely a month later?

Second, and more encouraging, by putting Sonic in Brawl the director would be succumbing to the fans. As any video game player knows, that's not always a good thing. "They put Sonic in Brawl, now put Megaman! Now put Cloud! Now put Naruto!" That's how it would go, and that wouldn't really be a good thing.

There is no ruling out sonic becouse honestly he could show up. I would not want him in becouse first of that would be a weird move set and there are many other characters who could take his place.

What black_flygon meant was you said that no characters that had a more mature rating wouldn't be in the game. Metal Gear Solid is rated M and Metroid and Zelda Twilight Princess are both rated T games.



Sonic and Megaman have pretty high chances of being in the game. Seeing as Megaman has always been on Nintendo and Sonic has been on Nintendo since Sonic Advance for the GBA. Sakurai already said that no Anime characters will be in the game. Besides that what This game is for. Cloud won't be in the game either seeing as he was never even on a Nintendo game.

TOT....link, zelda, samus and solid snake are characters that feature games that are rated either T or M (teen/mature). Teen is the equivalent to a...let's put it this way....a TV14 rating. Aren't link, zelda, samus and ss announced characters in SSBB. My point here is that just because cloud is in a tv14 rating, that doesn't mean he's automatically removed off the list, seeing that link who has the same rating made it there, as well as ss and samus, who actually use projectiles (guns cannons, wips (sp?)). Do you see my point here? You can even imagine a RE character in this game, but the moveset would be awful, cause too much guns and knives and stuff would be too violent. In my opinion I would love Chris Redfield in this game. lol.

Also, what pokemaniac said is true, because cloud hasn't been on ANY nintendo game. NO reason for it to come. Plus producers said no anime characters.

And well, even if that olympics game comes out months before/after (don't know the date) SSBB, that doesnt mean that it can't come out. They've got plenty of time (or had) to put in sonic, maybe even another character from that franchise.

Megaman also has a good chance on coming in this game, and well, we would all love it, but we also have to think. Megaman has been featured in other fighting games (such as the ones from capcom characters). That doesn't mean it should be ruled out, but yeah.

T= TV 14 and M = R, ok? I don't know how that could be true...I mean, if T=TV PG, then a Code LYOKO game or something would be rated T.....lol....

Anyways, for most of things everyone said, I kind of agree and disagree...I would love to see Megaman in there...I can see it now....*imagines Protoman jumping in for the Final Smash and slashing the enemies to death*......

Sonic would be rather strange, seeing as he is a more of "change into a ball and fly towards the enemy" kind of person. I would actually see Knuckles instead. If they put him in there, though, they might just put Dr. Eggman...*shutters*
