I've been holding out on buying the DS cause i want to get one in black, I know everytime i buy something from nintendo they come out with more colors, GB color i bought one of the first ones (the see-through purple), then GBA I bought the Japanese version had it for about 2 months before anyone i knew and was lucky enough to get it in a nice see-through blue (i think it was called glaciar blue)... you get the point. And i dont want to buy the current silver one to sell it later just to buy it in another color. Any one know if theres more colors in the pipeline for the ds? |

Yeah, I remember reading an article that said about 6 new colors were being released in Japan, I think most of them will make it here. And yes, black was one of the colors listed. |

There's also the option of skinning the DS. DecalGirl seems to have one of, if not the, largest selection out there. Personally, color doesn't matter to me that much, but yeah, I was disappointed the DS only released in silver. Oh well; it's still a DS all the same, right? |

yeah I know about the vynal skins, but its not the same, was going to make a custom one for my GBA:SP. Im just hoping the sales were high enough for them to release them in colors. |

There's going to be a Super Robot Wars Game. Possibly a Remake of the N64 Version. |

I think in Japan they have, silver, black, blue, pink, green, and limited edition pepsi one that you can only get from a japanese pepsi contest. |

Judging by the sales now, they will release new colors, and it seems a logical choice for Nintendo. I'm holding off getting one to, because I want a black one like my SP.
