I love Samus. But I love Zero Suit Samus more. I work well with her.

I don't like Sonic. -_-

Like many others, I was also very disappointed with Sonic. I tend to play with characters that use speed over power, so I was looking forward to using him, but when I tested him out, it didn't go so well. I also don't really like Snake either. King DeDeDe I thought was really powerful, but way too slow for my likes. Another huge disappointment was Mario's new Down+B move, his water squirter device from Super Mario Sunshine, which is basically useless. After a bit of playing around I found I could do the old Down+B move by doing an aerial Down+A, but I still keep unintentionally using Down+B by habit. I do like his final smash though. It reminds me of Dragonball Z a bit. I especially like Zero Suit Samus; she looked hot in the cutscene (lol) and I was even more impressed when I began playing as her. I took a liking to Meta Knight as well, because of his speedy swordplay style. I also found it amusing to throw the parts of Samus' suit at enemies after using the final smash and becoming Zero Suit. I think using Squirtle as Pokemon Trainer is pretty cool too (Ivysaur and Charizard I don't care for as much). Another thing, R.O.B. is really fun to use. Even though I'm not very skilled with him, I have a blast fighting with him.

WTF.

Sonic is one of my favorite characters now.

He is the man.

Most of his moves are just evasion moves, you have to do hit-and-run, and when they get high %, throw an item at them!!!

Actually, I find that out of all of my old favorites (Link, Samus, DK, Ness), I don't really like any of them anymore. They aren't as good anymore with the new competition. My new favs are: Ike, Lucario, Snake, Lucas, and Sonic. I also like to play with pkmn trainer, but just for fun. Bullet seed on ivy can rack up a LOT of damage, esp. on heavy characters. The best final smashes are:

Samus - (Zero laser) - Hyper-powered-mega-death-beam. Stand on one side of the level, face the other, and kill as many as possible. It is aimable. I routeinly get double and triple kills with this.

Sonic - (Super sonic) - Transform, and fly (indestructable) around the level at worp speed. Also, usually get at least double, and sometimes triple kills with this.

Ike - (Don't know name) - Launch one target up in the air and finish them with a bad-ass, firey sword combo. Meant for just one target, but I have gotten double kills with it.

Dedede - (waddle de army) - This one is just funny, so I include it!!!

What about Wolf? His LandMaster is a combination of Fox's (Good land speed and power but poor flying) and Falco's (good flying abilities but poor land and attacking), which is the ultimate KOer. I've gotten 6 KOs with one final smash with it several times. but everyone has there opinion.

I've gotten every character and most stages. Right now my goal is to get all of the trophies of the bosses in SSE and/or (beat them) on intense.
And I was so close to beating Tabuu on Intense, too.
I beat Ripley on intense, but that was only because I accidently killed him as Toon link while trying to get his trophies.
Getting Duon's trophies is always hard to get his trophie and intense, as he always just knocks the stand of the arena. but I managed to get it.

Oh, and one question. Is it even possible to get Petey Pirahna's trophie?

I wondered that too, since I can only get the trophy stand after I beat Mario (or Kirby - depends).

I am getting almost amazing with Marth, and playing with no items simply helps too. I've notice a comparison too between competitive Pokemon and SSBB (kinda obvious). Almost 99.2% of competitive battlers here perfer no Ubers, and SSBB competitive battlers perfer no items. I do enjoy playing with items with my friends, especially hustling them with Sonic and then have a come-from-behind victory by just blasting them with Super Sonic :P .

I wish Toon Link had a cooler FS than just the Triforce Slash. Maybe he should of have a FS where he split into 4 characters (like in Four Swords) and just come out at your opponent and intersect like and X.

You get his trophy through the Coin Launcher/picking it up randomly like most other trophies, not through the trophy stands.

Amazing game, I play as Toon Link and occasionally Kirby. My router has a Spi-Firewall so i'm limited to my wifi time, but as an average most people are really bad at it or just don't know how to play yet. I need to work on some of the other characters that look neat, like Olimar and Falco, I just love his "Piece of cake" taunt, and Olimar because he looks like a different style of play . As Toon Link I've noticed that Pikachu can be realy cheap, with its Down B spam... and yea if you want to battle me 2535-3345-9687.

Also a little tune I made up- :D

We smash high, no lie, you know this (Brawlin'!) fraggin' noobs, it's like pure pwnage (We in the stages) We say fly,They die, you know this (Brawlin'!) Sickers and tracks, oh my, stay focused

First thing, it's called "Great Aether" I meanhe freakin screams it when he's killing.
Second thing, if they're all close enough, you can get all three opponents into one FS, which I have only been able to pull off once with friends, really worth it and it's awesome.

As for fave characters, they are:

1. Ike
2. Sonic
3. Pokemon Trainer
4. Fox
5. Marth

1. Ike - Although he is slow, he is powerful, POWERFUL! I especially like his Side special, which gives him speed to even out his slowness.

2. Sonic - Speed, fantastic. The only problem is that he pretty much uses the same kind of move for his Special excpt for his up special, which is umm...special. His FS, however, is fantastic! Although the official site says it's easy to avoid, it's not. And each hit packs a punch, so if you're Brawling Sonic, you better get that Smash Ball before he does, or you're dead.

3. Pokemon Trainer - Squirtle is fast and powerful with his up smash, but his up special is bad. Ivysaur is too aerial oriented, so if you have a guy that is 15 ft away from you, you cant harm him except with his sucky side special. Charizard is slow, but I expected he'd be a bit more powerful.

4. Fox - My fave character of Melee, but I felt disappointed because I felt he was outmatched by half or more of the characters now.

5. Marth - My second fave in Melee, and his specials have been tweaked a little to be easier to use and also look cooler, but that still isn't good enough to win hin modern day Brawls.

The other characters I feel mutual about.

As far as I know, trophy stants work on bosses. I can't confirm this because I never managed to catch a boss with it, but trophy stands will drop rarely when battling them.

My friend has it, but I can't afford it (He and his brother split the costs). I want it so bad!!! WHY CAN'T IT BE CHEEPER!?!?!

*GASP* But, from my experience, I can say that Ike is extremly unfair to other players. He's seriously overpowered. He isn't even that slow, his timing is perfect...GAH! I love using him in single player, though.

Yes, I know that, I'm saying that you don't get Petey's trophy through the trophy stands. You can get every other boss's trophy with trophy stands, but Petey's is different.

Dude, where have you been? All GOOD Wii games go for $50. It's not that expensive in that case. If you're just short on money, ask you parents for an allowance or do the "If you don't get _____ for me, I'll hate you" act. Never tried it, but I heard it works sometimes if you're a really good actor/if you parents are suckers.

oh. I didn't know that. That explains why a trophy stand never fell while I was fighting Petey for 10 minutes. D:

Hello all SSBB fans! I got Brawl a few weeks back, knowing that it would be good, and it is most definatley beyond my expectations. Having finally unlocking all the characters I can confirm my top five favorite chacters.
1. Toon Link
2. Meta Knight
3. Pit
4. Wolf
5. Wario

I also really liked the Stage Builder, it's totally awesome. Though there are not enough parts to use. But I was a little disappointed with SSE because 1) It was waaay too long. And 2) It was waaay too hard. (Though I did play it on hard mode :? ) Anyway now for my top five least favorite characters.
1. Sonic
2. Olimar
3. Zelda/Shiek
4. Marth
5. Luigi

And now a question: Has anyone been able too play "With Anyone" on Wi-fi? I have never even played a Wi-fi Brawl.

Hmm...maybe I should battle against some guys over here...

I just use the With Friends for Wi-Fi and it works decently. There's some lag and it disconnects sometimes.

Now I am starting to get a good lineup for my mains (not done yet though).

It just came out here in the Philippines. Luckily I was first in line in reserving the game...
(thanks Psypokes and Serebii)
Anyhow, I just don't like Charizard. I thought he was going to be fast in the way he flies but then it's a bit slow in his movement.
I also got disappointed with Sonic. Being one of the fastest characters, he's moves are a bit hard to control.
I , too, like Metaknight. He's fast and he can attack fast. In just two buttons he does multiple sword attacks.

undertaker-I ,surely, am not battling you. (I haven't finished the game

I don't understand what's so cool about Meta Knight. It's really annoying how he falls after EVERY SINGLE ONE of his special moves. Obviously it's because they all have recovering capabilities, but still.

My friend brought his Wii over yesterday along with SSB. I found it pretty good and I played with these characters...

Lucario: Piece of crap except his final smash. I mean wtf is that laser beam?
Pit: Pwnage.
Snake: Pwnage,
Pkmn Trainer: I found Ivysaur the best.

Well I got my Copy on Launch day but it doesn't work. I can't send it in until April 1st. I played it a lot at my friends house here are all of my mains.

1:Ike
2:Pit
3:Sonic
4:Lucario
5:Fox
6:Ganondorf

I use some of my Melee mains sometimes but not too often(Ness, Samus). My friend uses Fox a lot and always gets the SmashBall.
Seriously, but Fox's final smash is really annoying. Gosh I sure wish it would work right now.
