Hello and welcome to Gamer's Dictionary. Your guide to Gaming Terminology. I've noticed that a lot of people are confused my different terms in gaming. Well I'm here to change that. Please feel free to post any explanations for Gaming Terms.

Here are my two:

Newb or Newbie: A term used to describe someone who is inexperienced at a game. Newbs should be cared for so they can become skilled players.

N00b: A harsh, insulting term for a player who has no clue what they are doing... But won't admit it. N00bs deserve punishment.

Feel free to post any other Gaming Terms :)

Credit to CAD for the information

Swell idea, kryten2x4b. 8-)

Spammer: A person that, in fighting games, uses the same move over and over. Often is someone that doesn't know how to do any other good moves, is playing against a expert, etc.

Snaker: A person who, in Mario Kart DS, can beat courses easily by drifting through the entire course.

Easter Egg- Something hidden in a game by the programers. Usualy an inside joke of some sort, and usualy has no game effect. Example: In Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker, the stained glass windows in Hyrule Castle's basement (where you find the Master Sword) depict the six sages from Ocarana of Time.
