I was more into them a few years back. Black Holes & Revelations was a poor album in my opinion.

I think their best album is definitely Origin of Symmetry, with Micro Cuts, Plug In Baby and Hyper Music being the highlights of the album.

Muse are possibly the best thing to be spawned from the South of England ever.

I started listening to Black Holes & Revelations last year, still love it to death. Then, I got Absolution and Showbiz (which is the only physical CD of theirs' that I own), both pretty awesome stuff. Aaand, apart from that I have the MP3 of Feeling Good, but nothing else from that album.

My favourite songs would be City of Delusion, Knights of Cydonia, Butterflies and Hurricanes, Stockholm Syndrome, Overdue and Sober.

I would kill to go to a Muse gig. I'm friends with *two* people who've been to one. Oh, the irony...

I missed out on Muse when they came down here a couple of months ago, but some of my friends said it was AWESOME. Haven't heard Showbiz and I don't really intend to, but for me Muse albums are really all a mixed bag. You have the spectacular songs, and you have junk. And because I can:

also i thought black holes wasnt that bad and a big improvement over absolution

ps: how can people not have heard of muse? they are everywhere :?

EDIT(13/4): also i just wanted to point out I AM AWESOME because i can play ruled by secrecy and space dementia (well, most of it) on the piano whoooo

I'd never consider myself a "fan" of them, but I can't deny the fact that they're outstanding musicians. Bellamy's skill on piano/keyboards is incomparable.

I think basically everyone has. After Black Holes & Revelations everyone started liking them. I'm sure their next album will be ultra radio-friendly.

I just wish I could find a radio station where I lived with Muse.

And yes, weren't they ranked best live act or something like that? I so want to go the next time they're in Houston.

aah. Muse. I heard Hysteria at a friend's house, fell in love, and enjoy alot of their music now. Hysteria remains my favorite song of theirs.
