Haven't you ever wondered at least once about the true nature of all those Jennies and Joys? Well I have and I believe that they are all both secretly types of Pokemon that has kept their true natures a secret to keep them safe from hormonal teenage boy (and even adult)trainers who would capture them for their own less than wholesome purposes.

So, do you people have your own views on this odd subject? If so, tell me.

If it turns out that the Jennies and Joys are Pokemon, what sort of moves do they have, what TM and HM moves can they learn and who can they be bred with to gain egg moves?

How can they be Pokemon... They are just humans. The show made them alike just for entertainment reasons.

I think they have a very striking family resemblence, but remember Brock was able to point out the differences between the Jennies and Joys. I do not think they're clones at all.

It seems that I am alone in the belief that The Jennies and Joys are actually Pokemon. Oh well, maybe someone else shares my view on the subject ^_^.

Brock can weaken them with his charm attack so they cant hurt him much and he throws the pokeball! it hits their head and they get angry... but no one tests to see if pokeballs work on humans so i catches Them anyway!

Brock has a charm attack? *ROLMAO* from what I have seen of the series, I seen splash attacks which are more effective than Brocks charm, but I digress...

If Pokeballs could work on humans, it would revolutionize travel, you can save lots of time by going inside a Pokeball, been hooked up to one of those Pokeball transfer device thingys and you can instantly travel to another part of the world... Woohoo!

Well that is a serious downside to the travel by Pokeball trick and have you ever noticed when you catch a Pokemon that the light flashes for a few seconds until it either stops or it is released, what is happening during the flashing, personally I suspect that the ball is attempting to brainwash the Pokemon, how else do you explain why a Pokemon who was attacking before becomes your best friend if you choose the Pokemon in the ball it after the flashing stops.

Come to think of it: Nurse Joy kind of resembles Latias and Officer Jenny is like Latios, think about it. I will give you a couple of seconds... a e few more... and stop. Too bad a Jenny is a chick and Latios is a dude.

Whoa! people haven't been on this one for a long time!

I got a theory about this... Maybe (as always), it's like the Zelda games. It has been said that the hero in the story is never the same person, just that persons soul or something coming back to save the day again. Maybe its like that for the Jenny and the Joy, yet thier spirits got stuck in the present and they all showed up at once... has there ever been more than one of them in an episode at the same time?

I think that The Nurse Joy's and officer Jennies have teleportation devices, and the develop amnesia after they use them, But the y regain ther memory after ash heals his pokemon or something.

actually, there have been numerous episodes where multiple joys and jennys featured all at once. One i remember was an orange island episode that had a giant magikarp in it. there was a flash back in that episode about nurse joy as a little kid, and there were three adult joys in the flash back, one of which disturbingly had a moustache.
