I don't believe this. Flannery is one of 8 gym leaders in the newest region; Lance is the Leader of the Elite Four in 5 of the 11 games, and your final challenge in the same in an entire generation, as well as being majorly involved in the story line of that generation. He wears a cape, and is the best trainer for the coolest pokemon type, Dragon. Flannery has a torkoal. Boring. Vote to Lance. |

Flannery.... *points to sig* Lance=My lv 42 Ampharos pwned his D-nites in Gold without CH's. And only Thunderpunch/T-wave were used. All he has is; Gyarados *coughThunderpunchcough*, Aero *coughThunderpunchcough*, and Dragonites *coughIcyWindcough* Flannery=Fire Pokemon are cool, in Emerald has prettiful Fire types, and is prettiful. What's wrong wih Lance's pokemon, I mean, why does everyone say it's Gameshark'ed? Well, vote to Lance, I'd like to see his team with Dragons from the 3 Generations, but still, anyone with enough good taste to be a Dragon trainer earns my respect. As much as you can respect a piece of data. Oh well. Flannery chose a pretty nice type, but a very poor array of pokemon. Besides, if you're sick of people voting for Lance because of his cape, I'm more than sick of people voting for flannery because of her looks. |

Lance since he's been there for the entire series (except rse) when i was gonna beat my sapp and i got to the dragon person i was so angry that it wasnt lance, i just wanted to flip. but i voted for lance since he's always been there. |

I voted Flannery, but only because she looks cooler than Lance. Lance looks like he's screaming at something... Plus in the Fanfic my friends were writing with me, my person was basically the same as Flannery, but with blue hair and a different attitude. |

I can't believe this. People are judging people for their looks, but not thinking about their Pokemon. I think Lance is better because he was in the storyline for GSC and he's been in GSC, RBY, and FRLG whereas Flannery is only a gym leader in RSE. Also, Lance has way stronger Pokemon. |

Oh yay, final match. Tough choice here. I ruled out Sabrina and Flannery; they're not involved as heavily in the story as Lorelei or Lance (FRLG and GSC involvement respectively). Lorelei just edges out Lance for my vote. Lorelie's team can handle Electric pretty well, but a single Ice type can shred Lance's team. And Lorelei uses Water and Ice types, which is slightly cooler than Dragons IMHO. Lance doesn't need any support. He's cool and I really like him, but recently I find that he might be very slightly overrated at times. If I could have another vote, I'll vote for him
