What is Slaking then? Okay...getting a little off topic here. This is supposed to be a discussion of what haven |

Yeah, let's bring it back on topic. Let's see... A turkey, a heron, a goose, a badger, a beaver, an otter, a ram, a skunk, a squid (not an octopus)... that's all I can think of right now... and before you say or is a skunk, zigzagoon is a racoon (its ability is all the confirmation you need) and linoone is a weasel. And is a ferret. What new animals should they use for the fossil pokemon? A mammoth would be cool. Maybe a tetropod as well. (some of the first vertebrates) This is a tetropod: http://www.ucmp.berkeley.edu/vertebrate ... /seymo.gif |

I would say... Lion Raven (if they did make a raven one it should be the evolved form of Murkrow) Raptor And as for RukarioManiac I may be the first to say this but you're crazy! Slaking IS a sloth Gorebyss IS NOT a dolphin (it is a kind of fish) Doduo and Dodrio ARE NOT Dodos Spinda IS a panda Someone already told you what Anorith and Armaldo are. |

Swampert King wrote: Well it is pretty easy to tell that Slowbro is a snail, Slowpoke a slug, but what the heck is Slowking????? Okay, let me clear things up once and for all. A snail doesn't have legs, they just slimily slither slowly. Slowpoke has four legs and a tail, so that proves that quickly. Also, Slowpoke is just dimwitted, it moves slow because it thinks slow, meaning it can't move fast because it takes so long for it's movement action to be transmitted to its brain. When Slopoke evolves, it sticks its tail in a river and then the wierd shell thing attachs itself to it. Edit:Oh yeah, it is a Shellder! Thanxs for clearing that up for me. (end edit) Then, when it becomes Slowking, it becomes smarter and faster. It's smart enough to remove the Shellder from its tail and then wear it has a hat, and also smart enough to figure out how to stand on its hind legs. There! I think that will clear things up... Anyways... back to the main topic! Here's me thoughts: Ligers (yes, they do exist. since they are human-influenced-created, they don't live in the wild) Chicken Jaguar Mosquito Hmmm....that's all I got for now. |

Chicken 1) The shell on Slowbro's tail IS a shellder! It said it in 11 Dex entries 2) They already have a chicken pokemon, Torchic and it's evolved forms. Other animals I thought of... Tricaratops *bad spelling* Squid Sea Dragon (not a Seahourse) Clown Fish Dielapasaurs *bad spelling* (the spitting dinosaur from Jurrasic Park) |

Slowbro's entire family isn't created after a real animal, IMO. Anyway, Crosman, I think Delibird would count as a penguin, no? It looks like one to me. And I really want another turtle Pokemon. I think Squirtle isn't the kind of turtle Pokemon I desire. I want one that's more like the real thing, the on-all-fours kind. And I think we need more birds of prey, probably vultures and stuff like that. I also want more marine creatures, like sea anemones (spelling?), sea urchins, crayfish and stuff like that. |

The Complete List! (up to now) <s>Ostrich</s> --> Doduo, Dodrio Dolphin <s>Beetle</s> --> Heracross <s>Ladybird</s> --> Ledyba, Ledian Lion --> Arcanine? Entei? Cheetah Anteater (Aardvark) Polar Bear <s>Penguin</s> --> Delibird Buffalo <s>Kangaroo</s> --> Kangaskhan <s>Giraffe</s> --> Girafarig Leech Grasshopper Walking Stick Swordfish Flamingo Goat Hawk <s>Ant</s> --> Trapinch Roach Cougar Skunk <s>Raccoon</s> --> Zigzagoon Possum Moose Stork Capabera (?) Orangutan Zebra Hammerhead Shark Hippo Woodpecker <s>Rabbit</s> --> Azumarril Turkey Heron Goose Badger Beaver Otter Ram Squid Mammoth Tetropod Raven Raptor Liger <s>Chicken</s> --> Torchic, Combusken, Blaziken Jaguar Mosquito Triceratops <s>Sea Dragon</s> --> Gyarados Clown Fish Dielapasaurus Earthworm Vulture <s>Sea Anemones</s> --> Lilleep, Cradily Sea Urchins Crayfish Those crossed out have been suggested but already been made into Pokemon. (Only those in bold were my ideas; the others were made by others.) Oh, and Snowball, we already have a turtle on all fours: Torkoal. |

Sea Anemones Cradily and Lileep are sea anemones. I'll go edit that. BTW, I'll be keeping track and updating the list. Every time a new animal/objection is made. |

Quote: Ant --> Trapinch I seriously doubt that. Trapinch is more of an antLION. Quote: Raven is a raven. And before you say its a crow, I'd like to remind you that crows and ravens are actually the same thing. Quote: Vulture is a vulture, I believe. and a spelling error: Dielapasaurus= Dilophasaurus (which would be really cool by the way... Even though the actual animal did NOT spit poison) There's a few animals not on the list, poison arrow frog and gorilla are the first that come to mind. How about a komodo dragon? A wolf? A sabertooth tiger? |

Prophet wrote: Quote: Raven is a raven. And before you say its a crow, I'd like to remind you that crows and ravens are actually the same thing. I got you there... Ravens and Crows are not the same animal. By checking websites one said the following, "Ravens are similar but larger with wedge-shaped tails and different calls. " More ideas... Spinosaurus Meerkat Hippopotamus Yak Hyena Tasmanian Devil Koala |

By checking websites one said the following, "Ravens are similar but larger with wedge-shaped tails and different calls. " Actually, I read in a book that there are five species of crows, one of which is the raven. is probably supposed to represent the general crow anyway, so raven should be scratched from the list. |

Good idea, Galar! Animals in Pokemon Beetle --> Heracross Chicken --> Torchic, Combusken, Blaziken Giraffe --> Girafarig Kangaroo --> Kangaskhan Ladybug --> Ledyba, Ledian Lion --> Arcanine, Entei Ostrich --> Doduo, Dodrio Penguin --> Delibird Rabbit --> Azumarril Raccoon --> Zigzagoon Sea Anemones --> Lilleep, Cradily Sea Dragon --> Gyarados Vulture --> Skarmory Animals NOT in Pokemon Aardvark (Anteater) Badger Beaver Buffalo Capabera Cheetah Clown Fish Cougar Dilophasaurus (Poison-spitting dinosaur) DINOSAURS DID NOT SPIT POISON. JURASSIC PARK IS A WORK OF FICTION. Dolphin Earthworm Flamingo Goat Goose Gorilla Grasshopper Hammerhead Shark Hawk Heron Hippo Hyena Jaguar Koala Komodo Dragon Leech Liger Mammoth Meerkat Moose Mosquito Orangutan Otter Poison Arrow Frog Polar Bear Possum Ram Raptor Raven Roach Sabertooth Tiger Sea Urchins Skunk Spinosaurus Squid Stork Swordfish Tasmanian Devil Tetropod Triceratops Turkey Walking Stick Wolf Woodpecker Yak Zebra In Doubt Ant --> Trapinch? Crayfish --> Corphish and Crawdaunt? Bold = Latest update. And, Prophet, what is an antLION? Phew, that took a long time to arrange! |

Dinosaurs: Dilophosaurus (spitting one in Jurassic Park) NO dinosaur could spit poison, not even dilophosaurus. This was invented in Jurassic Park to make it more cool. It is false. Most of these dinosaurs appeared in Jurassic Park (movies and books) anyways... Deinonychus (6 ft tall raptors. Yes they said they are Velociraptors, but I read stuff from Jack Horner and Rob Bakker (consultants) and the raptors were based on Deinonychus) Liopluerodon ( HUGE 60 foot sea monster of the Cretaceous) Tyrannosaurus Rex Coelicanth is Relicanth. Coelicanth were thought to be extinct from the Cretaceous period (65 million yrs. ago) but one was found off the coast of Africa some time ago. Velociraptors ( 3 ft. tall carnivores in the same family of Deinonychus) Procompsognagthus and Compsognathus (Compys) Stegosaur Microceratops and Triceratops Hadrosaurs ( duck-billed dinosaurs) Mussasaur ( smallest known dinosaur) Utahraptor ( 9 ft tall carnivore in the raptor (dromaeosaur) family) I am an amateur Vertebrae Paleontologist, in case you were wondering why I know all of this. ^_^ AND I think Gorebyss is a dolphin, and I think Huntail is a kind of eel. EDIT: BTW, what is Stantler, anyways? |

An antlion? They dig crater-like pits in the sand and lay under them, and when ants or other prey crawl into the pit... BAM! They strike and pull the prey under the pit and feast. http://www.phy.duke.edu/~wambaugh/antlion-large.jpg ^an antlion. What about a manitee (seacow)? A mandrill/baboon? |

Kayane: For the last time GOREBYSS IS NOT A DOLPHIN!!! Do you know what a dolphin looks like, Gorebyss is a kind of fish, and a dolphin is a sea mammal. But I do agree with Huntail being an eel. Stantler is like a deer. bobashotmace: I agree that Tyranitar came from the T-rex. More ideas... Bobcat Lynx Coyote Dingo |
