Can't think of anything at the moment for any of the other PKMN listed here, but the other day the name "Passivire" ("passive" + "ire") just came to me. Sounds like "pacifier." It would fit your Electivire for obvious reasons; nothing beyond that--unless your Electivire is a pacifist or if it knew Bide...lol I don't know, perhaps someone else can take it from here?

I just re-started my ruby version, because my file was messed up :(

{treecko} = Leevez
{poochyena} = Axel (Name of my dog)
{zigzagoon} = Deisel (Name of my other dog)
{wingull} = Winggmaster

These are not the best name ever :shock: *oh rly?*

I've begun naming my Pokemon after people/animals in The Lord of the Rings.

Prinplup - Pippin
Roselia - Hasufelle
Staravia - Gwaihira
Luxio - Tinuviel
Ponyta - Shadowfax

I've also been toying around with the idea of naming my Pokemon after cities/provinces in Iraq. I.e Ramadi, Malaab, Anbar, Mosul, Basrah, and Tamim.

As I said in another topic, I give all my Pokemon nicknames unless they're just used for trading and not a part of my game. Sometimes the name relates to the Pokemon's looks or personality and other times I relate their personality to someone I know and name the Pokemon after that person.
I have a list of all my Pokemon; their levels and their nicknames so that I can keep track and also make sure none have the same nickname.

heres a great name for amy psychic type i have it for my latios
its telepian

any pokemon would go good with charst!

spookshire for a ghost (its what marriland used)

womp o is what i have for swampert

digin dude is good for a ground type not diggin dude i know its spelled right but the game doesnt allow that much letters.

waterzap is good for lanturn

burninator is good with any fire type

trogdor for rayquaza it kinda looks like trogdor (seehttp://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail and click on the one that says dragon)

metalzap for a steel/electric type

roundzap for voltorb or electrode

death bomb for something that knows explosion

nark! would work for anything (for me its vaporeon)

kip is good for mudkip

tiametra (i think thats how its spelled) its marilands salamence

shock zap zappy all good electric names

another great one just pick random letters that sound good together(how i got charst)

for a powerful pokemon you could use arzana.

i hope this helps i think these would work for male of female

My Psyduck is called (symbol for snoring) w00t LOL
My Giratina is called BEHIND YOU.

Can someone please suggest a better nickname for all three, keeping its usual air of weirdness but actually makes sense for it?

When/if I get a Shiny, Adamant Elekid, I'm gonna name it Copper, because they are coloured the same.
