I'd say Celebi. It can control time, if it loses it can just keep trying again.

To me celebi and victini are basically the same thing. They both fly, make weird noises and help people, they also bring kind of the same plot. Debate away. |

Celebi gets Leech Seed and Recover, plus funny things like Nasty Plot, and tanks like a boss. Victini gets V-Create and Fusion Bolt, plus funny things like Final Gambit, and sweeps like a boss. It's a push. Just go with the one that fits better on your team. (I love Choice Band V-Create, but one day I need to try out Celebi.) |

I got a Celebi in a Japanese game and i love it. I thought Victini was a crybaby in the movie though.  FOR THE WIN!

I don't care. But I did care once, and that was when I had 250 pokémon in my Crystal 'dex and couldn't get a celebi. I have never forgiven it for being so unobtainable, even into the years where I do not care. Highlight to view spoiler. My Backloggery progress description for Gold (labeled Beaten, but not Completed; Completed generally meaning 100%'d) is "Celebi more like CeleBITCH" i am the funniest guy ever |
