Battle Lens

Flavour Text: An item to be held by a Pokémon. Raises the likelihood of added effects appearing but lowers overall accuracy.
In-Depth Effect: Attacks that raise or lower stats, inflict a status condition or cause flinching have a effect accuracy of 70% but lowers the overall accuracy to 85%. Attacks that have an overall accuracy of 85% or lower (such as Thunder or Meteor Mash) maintain the same accuracy as before.

Location: I don't really know but the gps says to make a illegal u-turn I wonder if it's a bug type
Flavor: swords scope ; rival would give it to ya. Despcript boost attack when held in battle. In battle: it atomatically raises attack by three stages but it costten percent damage every time you hit it also takes1/16 of your damage upon useing it in battle.

Cheetah Stimulant(Pill) = At the start of the battle, it is used as if it is a berry to raise the user's SPE by x1.5, but in return it cuts the defense & special defense of the user by half, the effect stays on for the whole battle, even if the pokemon is switched out but the stat changes cannot be passed on to other pokemon & do not count as like a swords dance or agility boost but more like a choice item boost in the case of the SPE boost but in the case of the DEF/SPDEF drop, it is considered like a reflect or light screen boost but instead a drop, the drop in defenses are temporary & last for 5 turns & is reset everytime the pokemon is switched back in but the SPE boost is permanent for the remainder of the battle after it is used...

In other words...

Your Lead uses the Item & it's stats is adjusted accordingly.
Then at the end of the 5th Turn after the Lead entered the battle, it's DEF & SPDEF return to normal.
The opponent used Screech during a previous turn though so it is -2 in DEF & 0 in SPDEF but at that time it also had an additional drop in DEF, making it more like a -3 or -4 in DEF until that 5th Turn is over.
The user used Agility on Turn 4 so it was a +2 in SPE on top of the already added x1.5 from using the Item at the start of the battle, then on turn 5 it's SPE stays what it is at about a +3 or +4 from just 1 Agility.
However, if it had switched out at the end of the turn it was hit with Screech, at that point while the Screech stat reduction is taken out of the equation, the 1.5 SPE boost stays intact & the 5 Turns that it's DEF & SPDEF is dropped would start back over upon it being sent back out.
If it had switched out after Turn 5, then the only difference is that it's DEF & SPDEF would be what they normally are when it is sent back out & also for the remainder of the Battle unless something else messes with those stats like any other move.
If it had used Baton Pass to switch out then, the pokemon that is sent out in it's place would not get either of the adjustments in stats caused by the Item but any other stat adjustments caused by other moves or abilities are either passed on or not as usual.

Cheetah Stimulant(Pill) is a fun Item for pokemon with the move Acrobatics or the pokemon that is Darmanitan with the ability Sheer Force of course...

Flavor Text: A ball with sacred, eternal, powerful flames inside. It is said that they store very big power.

In-Depth Effect: If it was held by Fire-type legendary Pokemon(Fire Arceus un-included, because it's impossible, right?), their Attack, Defense, Sp.Atk and Def, Speed, will be increased by 3 stage each, and their Fire-type attacks' power increased by 10%

Detailed Text-When held by a Pokemon any sound move will receive a ten percent damage boost. Sing, Hypnosis, GrassWhistle, Screech, Growl, etc., are unaffected.

Grinding Stone.

Flavor Text: Slightly raises attack. Loved by certain pokemon.

Detailed text: Raises: Raises Att by one stage during battle when held by a pokemon. IF held by a Zangoose, The critical hit rate increases by 10%. If held by a Seviper, the chances of poisoning an opponet increases by 10% .

In a simplified version:

Zangoose is holding a Grinding Stone. Att and Critical hit rate is raised.
Seviper is holding a Grinding Stone. Att and poisoning chance is raised.
All other pokes. Att is raised.

Unlike Cheetah Pill, Cheetah Pill X's negative effects are also permanent & doesn't go away when the user is switched out & also isn't passable via Baton Pass.

Cheetah Pill X is not suited for pokemon who needs to set up even with boosted SPE before doing their job or pokemon who's job isn't primarily damaging the opponent via damaging moves but is great for pokemon with Acrobatics & pokemon who are able to recover some of their HPs every turn via other methods like with Rain Dish or Ice Body...

-Frenzied berry

Flavor text: A strange berry that seems to cause all who eat it to become mad.

Detailed description: IS consumed by a pokemon at the beggining of battle. The Pokemon ATT, Sp.ATT and speed are maxed out, while its defense and Sp.Def Drop by 8 stages. The pokemon also loses 1/8 of its health after each turn no matter what happesn. The pokemon also becomes UNCONTROLABLE as long as it is in play. If switched out the effects of frenzied berry are lost. The effects of Frenzied berry are not passable.

-Calm Berry

Flavor Text: A strange berry that seems to calm all who eat it.

Detailed Description: Is consumed by a pokemon at tyhe begging of battle. The Pokemon DEF and Sp.DEF are maxed out and the pokemon recovers 1/4 of the damage it has taken after each turn, while its ATT, Sp. ATT and speed are dropped by 8 stages. The pokemon is also locked into using stat/ status/ or weather causing moves ( baton pass is allowable). If the pokemon switches out the effects of Calm berry are lost. The effects of Calm berry are not passable.

Omega Orb

Flavour Text: A particular glowing, rainbow-coloured orb that can be held by a Pokemon. Boost all the holder's stats by a minor amount but causes major status effects and attacks that are boosted from them or cause them through chance, to become more potent against the holder.

In-Depth Effect: Raises all the Pokemon's stats by 20%, (Includes Accuracy, Evasion and HP), but makes major status effects double in power against it. E.g. Poison and burn do double damage per turn (badly poisoned multiplier per turn is not increased and burn attack reduction is not increased), paralysis reduces speed to 12.5% of it's original value and has a 50% to prevent the holder from attacking, sleep lasts double the turns and frozen lasts double the turns. Minor status effects like attraction and flinching are unaffected by this item. Attacks that benefit from a status effect, like Hex, have their base power double again which leads to Hex and other similar moves like it to have 4X their base power. Attacks like Sludge Bomb and Body Slam have their chance of inflicting a status effect against a target, doubled against a Pokemon holding Omega Orb. Attacks that have a chance to cause minor status effects, like Crunch with the chance to flinch, are unaffected by this item.

An item to be held by a pokemon. it potects the pokemon from entry guards. It smashes as it hits the ground.
