Is there any rates of stealing with thiefs? IF enemy got item, shouild it steal on first thief-hit? or is it kinda only a 5% chance of stealing.. etc? |

If the pokemon has an Item, then Thief takes the item. Assuming your pokemon isn't holding one it'self. |

If an opponent uses it on you though, you still get the item back after the battle. |
