Post subject:  dumb, noobish question

is it okay to use an ice type and a water type on the same team. i dunno it just seems those 2 types coincided with each other and they shouldn't be used on the same team. same thing with rock and ground.

No, actually water and ice have pretty decent synergy togehter. Water resists steel and fire which are 2 of the weaknesses of ice, but ice doesn't resist anything that is good against water. So using both types is not as redundant as you think.

Oh, sure. Nothing wrong with both on your team. They're different enough from each other that they're both versatile when used in synergy.

Its your preference. They do work pretty good together as people were saying in the comments above . It's usaully good to have pokes that can beat other pokes on your team ex. A whiscash and a sceptile.

preferably id say yes, if you were battling me or lance who use almost all dragons
