Haven't really played this in a while. I grabbed my eevee, evolved Hei, cleared the Rocket Hideout, and got my Silph Scope. Heading back to Lavender Town now.
edit - cleared the Pokemon Tower. Missed catching a Gastly. Yin died to Confuse Ray. I just didn't think she'd keep hitting herself in confusion for 5 turns >.< So I added a Geodude to my party. Guess I'll train up the geodude before heading to the next town.

Im currently playing through Nuzlocke Emerald. I just started, so my team is:

As you might have noticed, I made my own rule to make all my nicknames Celebrity names. I know the nicknames are all longer than the character count in Emerald, but that just what they're name for. So, Jerry Seinfeld is Seinfeld, and John Paul Jones is Paul Jones.

Well, I did it on Heartgold (And was going to on White 'till I flushed it down the loo :oops: ) and I managed a pretty much flawless run. I lost one pokemon, who was weak anyway, and another on Blues Pidgeot. SO, my final squad is as follows

I just found this topic, but I completed it on Leaf Green just last week, well sorta...

I made it all the way to the E4 and wiped out on the final battle with my rival (everything was a crit hit)
so I tried again and soundly trumped him. I used different rules though... here's the two endings :P
Team: Paxii {venusaur} , Splyke {sandslash} , Holmes {slowbro} , Adler {slowbro} , Flynne {jolteon} , Nessie {lapras} /Fir {pidgey}


Epilogue: Upon Defeat of the Elite Four, Clan Pallet was restored to it's former glory. Holmes and Adler wobbled off into the distance together, and Splyke ventured back to his burrow outside of Lavender town. Nessie happily splashed about Pallet before heading off never to be seen again. Paxii still visits from time to time, but mostly enjoys relaxing in Viridian Forest, and Flynne... well, she keeps me company and says hello to the others when they visit.


ALTERNATE ENDING: (the real first run against the E4)

Having finally defeated the E4 I had brought Honor to Clan Pallet, but William stood in my way. I ran to My fellow clan mate for we had won, but he threw a pokeball. I did not understand, for we were kin, and it was finally over. It became obvious that William had no intent of sharing the glory, and meant to finish me. Flynne was the first to Jump to my defense, and defeated his Pidgeot, but When Rhydon appeared next I knew it was Paxii's turn. Rhydon was too strong, and unleashed an earthquake that ripped the very ground from under Paxii. Paxii Dropped dead, giving his life for Flynne and Mine. Holmes Charged forward and unleashed a wall of water that terrified even me. Rhydon crumbled, but Alakazam was next. I protested, begging my cousin to stop, but his mind was made up. Alakazam was almost down, but with a last blast Holmes was no more. Flynne jumped out and bit so hard Alakazam was done, but Exeggutor Blasted her until she couldn't move. Adler was prepared, and I wouldn't want to be the one to get in her way. She tried to get revenge for her love, but blind fury was nowhere near enough. Splyke tried to use Aerial Ace but a giga drain left him lifeless and Exeggutor only ready for more. Fir was the only one left, and couldn't fight. I refused to sent him out, but Will was ruthless, and had Exeggutor crush the very pokeball. I watched in horror as my friends lay strewn out across the field making their own pools of blood. I begged for mercy, but Will took no heed. Holmes turned in a last movement, and I heard a voice in my head, "I can Make you forget if you wish!" I cried out in pain and begged for it to end. Holmes purged my Memories, and as his eyes finally flicked shut I forgot.

It was a blast though, and now I'm working on a platinum run (hopefully with a comic following)

This is an interesting proposition.

1.) I will be using this on Pokemon Sapphire (Pokemon Emerald will be more useful for the Battle Frontier).
Can I connect with the Colosseum Bonus Disk for Jirachi, or is that considered against the rules (I'm okay with taking a cheap shot).

2.) Are you allowed to keep going back to the Pokemon Center?

3.) Are you allowed to trade pokemon and objects? Like shards for stones?

4.) Let's say I go through a Route, then re-enter it from another entrance (ie, the route near Digglet's Tunnel in FrLg). Are you still not allowed to catch that pokemon?

5.) If you can't buy Pokeballs, how do you catch the Pokemon?

Rules:
-One Pokemon per route, cave, or city, gifted Pokemon or special encounters being the only exceptions
-If a Pokemon flees or kills itself in a way other than Struggle or in confusion, it doesn't count
-One Pokemon per Safari Zone area
-If a Pokemon faints, it is considered "dead" and placed in a dead box
-Must nickname every Pokemon caught

Continuing on my journey, keeping you posted throughout every few cities. Finishing my exploration of Mt. Moon and heading through Cerulean City, I have defeated my rival and Misty. Continued through to Vermilion, defeated all the trainers on the S.S. Anne, taking no losses, even defeating my rival with my super powered Kadabra. Challenged Vermilion's Lt. Surge and lost two of friends, Swoop and Nosecone, but picked up Seaspray and Sandstorm. On my way through, I met Alana. Continuing on through Rock Tunnel and Resting in Lavendar Town.

With my casualty list piling up I must say, I'm not doing too good, none the less, I still have Silverbolt and Cerebros. I have yet to have any reserve pokes thanks to my death rate. Defeated the Rockets at Pokemon tower and beaten Erika, Koga and Sabrina. I used slightly different rules, I allowed myself to catch as many pokemon as I could in Safari Zone.
