Post subject:  Roselia
Is it just me, or does {roselia} seem like a grass-type version of {pikachu}?

By this I mean that Roselia started out as a single stage pokemon, but in the next gen. got a pre-evo. (a difference between {pikachu} and {roselia} is that {pikachu}started out with an evo). Said pre-evo can only evolve through happiness. and Pikachu or Roselia can only evolve through a stone, and that evolution can't learn any new moves.

So, I was wondering, are there any more pokemon that share these characteristics?

Roselia is more like the Grass version of Togetic if anything. It's a cool Pokemon who evolves from a completely pointless and stupid baby Pokemon after its happiness is maxed, and then it evolves into an even more awesome final evolution using the Shiny Stone. Neither Roselia nor Togetic were fiends in battle but they weren't the worst Pokemon ever. The only difference is that Togepi and Togetic were introduced together and Togekiss came later while Roselia was introduced first and Budew and Roserade were introduced together and later.
