By this I'm referring to female-only pokemon like Miltank or Chansey, and of course, please give a reason why it's your favourite. I'll give my own favourite after a few responses.

I like Blissey an Kangaskhan. If it's allowed, I'll use Blissey competitively, So My favourite is probably Blissey.

My favorite is without question... {happiny} , why, because it looks adorable & is super strong in the anime even considering that it is a Baby Evolution Pokemon, on top of which it is a potiential nurse adding even more charm to it even further, basically it's like a super nurse to the rescue...

Jynx. I always liked its design and its cry. I also found it to be pretty useful in-game.

The truth is, I actually can't decide. It's a tie between {froslass} and {jynx} . They both look quite lovely, despite what some may say.

If I were to pick a second favorite after {happiny} it would without question be {froslass} , her type & species are just my favorites, those being Ice Type & Yuki-Onna...

Froslass most definitely, she has been on every single all-star team I've ever made.

Second would be Miltank, because she looks so cute and so far there has been no love for her :(

Then probably the Chansey line, as hard to catch as they are, particularly in the original Kanto games and the remixes. (Took me four games of FR/LG to FINALLY get ONE Chansey in the Safari Zone...)

Nidoqueen was one of the first Pokemon I knew about. I thought it was pretty awesome and looked way less ugly than its male counterpart (aside from the weird boobs).

My favorite is definitely {miltank}. I didn't like it that much, until one of my friends said it has a hood. Either that, or Latias; even though it's not labeled as female in the game, it's pretty obvious that it is.

Actually, I have caught Latias on HeartGold, (and a Sapphire file I no longer have,) and she is labeled as a female; she just can't breed.
Latias would also happen to be my favorite female-only Pokémon. Second place is Nidoran(F) and evos. :)
{latias} always looked cool to me. Also, Latias has an actual personality as opposed to the typical, "Blarawrawr i keel j00," personality often given to the more monster-ish legendaries.
{nidoqueen} is not hideous, unlike {nidoking}. Also, Nidoqueen looks and is generally competant. Pre-Evos are mostly just cute, in a hamster sort of way.

Yeah, I remembered that Latias is female right after I posted. I was too lazy to fix it, though. The personality is why I like it; the movie that Latias was in did a great job giving it one, too.

I also think that Nidoran looks like a hamster. :3 Hamsters are adorable.
