What's your favorite pokemon game? Mine is G/S or PMD2. I know a lot of people hate PMD, but a lot of people like it too. It's my favorite because getting to play as a pokemon is fun, but also because it's the only pokemon game with a good plot. Plus Grovyle is a great character. But, HG/SS will probably become my new favorite when it comes out. |

I'd have to say Red and Blue are my favorites. I do like Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum though because of the gameplay improvements. Gold and Silver come third though, 2nd Gen may not compare with 1st Gen but they're certainly alot better than 3rd and 4th Gen. I like all of the color games though, but I'm not a fan of other Pokemon games like Ranger or Mystery Dungeon. Pokemon Snap was an interesting concept and alot of fun for a while, but it soon got very boring. Playing as Pokemon was an interesting idea, the game itself just wasn't that good. |

I would say Ruby/Sapphire, with all the extra side-quests, it was fun for quite awhile. |

I would say GSC. It is the first generation which starts the features such as Pokemon genders, breeding, visible day and night, clock... (the list is going on) FRLG/RBY is my second favorite. DPP comes third (although actually I've just started playing it now). |

My favorite is FR/LG because that was my very first pokemon game ever. GSC comes next. I never played the whole thing but from what i DID play i know it was good. Diamond Pear Platinum is next because i love all the different features. |

i would havve to say either yellow, because it was my first game, or blue, because it is the first one i came anywhere near to beating 100% (149 out of 151 pokemon) next would be diamond only because of the underground. then silver because it was the first game i beat the elite four in. finally saphire because it was my least appealing of them all, still a great game. mystery dungeon was fun for all of a week of on off playing, haven't played it in over a year. |

Leafgreen, definately. It let me pick up where my RBY left off and actually complete the Pokedex with better graphics and an interesting side-story with the Sevii Islands. Good stuff. |

Red and Blue because of the retro value. One word: Missingno. Also it introduced Team Rocket, the only good villains in the games. |

PMD2 wins by far. Like Cactuar said, it's great to play as a Pokémon, and it has a much better plot than the original Mystery Dungeon. When I first played it, I was really suprised at how sad the ending was, I never expected they would let the good guy die. My other favorites are PMD1 and G/S/C, and probably HG/SS when it comes out. |

Red and Blue. Its kinda like Star Wars, the new ones are great, and are more advanced, but you can't beat the orginals. Yellow was awful though in my opinion. GSC were pretty nice, very long. Lots of stuff to do. Generation III is good, but not my favorite. Generation IV is probably second RedBLue DiamondPearlPlatinum GoldSilverCrystal Emerald RubySaphire Yellow....ew |

Crystal. Definitely. It was my first game EVER and I quickly became attached to it. It's really clever. After that probably Emerald. The Battle Frontier was the bomb. Then Ruby and Sapphire cause I had like a mini breeding centre on there. X-D Theennnnn Pearl and Platinum. They're very well made, with all the extras etc. I never really liked RBY and FRLG. They just....weren't that great. Ranger bores me. Just the same thing, oever and over again. PMD is OK. Explorers of Time and Darkness is ish. |
