There's a favorite card thread, and yet not a decks thread? I might as well start it off. Can't hurt nothin'. This is a thread where (I hope) people will submit their decks. Here's mine (I don't really have it though) 2 Ninjask (Deoxys-13) 2 Shedinja (Deoxys-14 or Dragon-11) 4 Nincada (Legends Awakened-108) 4 Murkrow (Neo Genesis-24) 3 Sneasel (Neo Genesis-25) 15 Pokemon Total 3 Master Ball 3 Dusk Ball 4 Great Ball 4 Gold Berry 4 Nightly Garbage Run 4 Professor Elm 2 Super Rod 2 Revive 2 Snowpoint Temple 2 Power Tree 30 Trainers Total 15 Darkness Energy (The basic kind from DP) 15 Energy Total 60 cards total Now, everybody here who has seen or used Neo Genesis Sneasel knows exactly how awesome it is. DX Nincada family is another nasty line in my opinion as well. Ninjask's Fast Protection keeps it safe from all Basic Pokemon, like the monster Sneasel. It's very anti Haymaker because of this. DX Shedinja can be used as semi-cannon fodder to stall a while until you can power up Ninjask or Sneasel. DR shedinja, however, is like Ninjask only with evolved and EX Pokemon. But, it also has a retreat cost. (Not a big one though.) Whichever you prefer is fine. Finally, Murkrow is there so you can trap Pokemon like Pichu and Cleffa, leaving your opponent incapable of anything while you sniper rifle at their Bench with Faint Attack. The only thing you need to watch out for is an evolved Lightning Pokemon; and even that won't be too big of a deal. The Trainers are all about getting Sneasel out there and powered up. The various balls will help get Sneasel out to attack, as well as others to power up Beat Up. Gold Berry and Snowpoint Temple will keep him and others alive a LOT longer. Nightly Garbage Run, Super Rod/Revive, and Power Tree will help get cards out of the discard pile. Professor Elm can be used whenever you get a bad hand a need need a new one. So. Let's see your decks. Please? |

I'm not too familiar with the rules of the game anymore, so I'm not 100% if my deck goes with things, but here we go. It's pretty much comprised of cards only from the first few sets, but it's not really that good. 3 Eevee (Neo-Discovery) 2 Dark Gyarados(Team Rocket) 2 Vaporeon(Jungle) 2 Scyther(Jungle) 1 Lapras(Jungle) 3 Surfing Pikachu(Promo) 1 Shining Magicarp(No idea) 2 Magicarp(Team Rocket) 3 Super Rod 1 Bill's Maintence 4 Energy Removal 1 Professor Elm 3 Potion 3 Pokeball 1 Energy Retrieval 2 Switch 1 Bill 1 Computer Search 1 The Boss's Way 2 Energy Search 20 Water Energy 1 Double Colorless Energy |

I understand this is an old thread, but I think it can be brought back. I'm working on a deck that takes advantage of Pokemon Tools and Luxray from AR. Poygon-Z G is a great tech in this deck combined with Department Store Girl. Expert Belt Raticate can do 80 damage with only one energy. Shinx(AR) x4 Luxio(AR) x4 Luxray(AR) x4 Porygon-Z G(AR) x4 Rattata(AR) x2 Raticate(AR) x2 Roseanne's Reasearch x4 Bebe's Search x2 Amulet Coin x2 Technical Machine TS-1 x2 Broken Time-Space Bench Shield x2 Buffer Piece x2 Lucky Egg x2 Department Store Girl x2 Expert Belt x4 Lightning Energy x17 Only problem is Donphan Prime and Machamp will tear it up.... |

Freezing Rain. Pokemon. 4 Squirtle 4 Blastoise 3 Lapras 3 Articuno 3 Seel 2 Dewgong Trainer Cards. 4 Bill 4 Prof. Oak 3 Computer Search 1 Item Finder 3 Gust of Wind 4 Pokemon Breeder 3 Energy Retrieval 19 Water Energy I kicked so much ass with this ole deck of mine it was ridiculous back in the day. Don't know how well it would fare due to the current card game. (all cards are from the early sets that were released, nothing is past fossil I believe). There was also this annoying deck in my day. Pokemon 1 Mewtwo (base set) Trainer 59 Psychic Energy Just keep mulliganing until you draw Mewtwo and then Barrier stall until your opponent runs out of cards to draw. |
