Pokerus question

One of my Pokemon got Pokerus and my whole team got infected.
But then I forgot about it for a few days and they all got healed. One Pokemon, my Metagross, still has it, and I'm trying to spread it to my other Pokemon. I'm walking around and stuff and sending Metagross and the Pokemon I'm trying to infect into battle, but the Pokemon aren't getting infected. How do I get them infected? (I walked around for about an hour) _________________  |

Uh, is all you are doing walking around? Try some other things, such as getting into battles perhaps?

I don't think it can spread if there's healed Pokemon in your party.

Read his post, he said Metagross still has it.
I discovered that Pokerus is best spread via battling. Put Metagross at the top of your party, put another Pokemon in the second slot, and fight maybe...5 battles. After that, check your second Pokemon. It should have Pokerus; if not, repeat the process until it does.  _________________  |

I did. What I said was I don't think it can spread if there's healed Pokemon, so you have to have just Metagross and uninfected Pokemon. But that's just from what I've noticed when spreading it. _________________ |

Well, my Metagross is from Hoenn... does that affect anything?

Hoenn wouldn't affect anything.
So yeah, just follow Toasty's advice. Five or six battles should work. =) _________________ |

If the infected is in the first slot and the healed is in the second slot then you won't be spreading the Pokerus to anybody.
Put the healed PKMN in the back of the party, or ideally in the PC. PKRus spreads by proximity. This should help: Slot 1 spreads to Slot 2 Slot 2 spreads to both Slot 1 and Slot 3 Slot 3 spreads to both Slot 2 and Slot 4 Slot 4 spreads to both Slot 3 and Slot 5 Slot 5 spreads to both Slot 4 and Slot 6 Slot 6 spreads to Slot 5 _________________ All governments want you to be stupid so that you're easier to control.        |
