Nintendo was smart when making Cynthias team. It has 5 top OUs, one who has voting to start if it gets to Uber, good diversity to be with proper set even in competive, so yeah. I understand why it can be annoying.

I hope the motion gets overturned. There are too many enough restrictions already.

The downside for her is that she has the game's AI, which is rater questionable at times... What really bugs me about her (and all E4 members) is that if you get their poke in the red zone they use a full restore or 2... or 3. >.<
I wish there was an option to make in-game/storyline battles more like competitive ones, instead of carrying around 50 revives and being near invincible to any game trainer.

Yah, I beat the Elite Four because I outlasted them in Full Restores, this one time.

Agatha without a Psychic on your team was a pain.
Damn Gengar..

R/B/Y's was the toughest for me to beat, took me about 15 times.
Sinnoh, Johto, and R/S/E were easy to beat.
FR/LG took me a couple tries.

Lol.
I would have to say Agatha, in FRLG, the second time. Stupid Toxic....
Beyond that, I don't usually have a whole lot of trouble.

I've always had trouble with FRLG's first Elite, Lorelei. It covered alot of my pokes at the time.

I agree, Lorelei was a pain because I never had a fighting, and my Charizard would get ed by surf on all her pokemon, so it was always annoying.

I think Cynthia is the most powerful, because when you beat she says something about its been so long she can't remember the last time she lost a battle. Lucian was the hardest for me do beat i think.

I say FR/LG on the second go around, especially the champion, seeing how all of his pokemon make a fifteen level jump from the first round, him having T-Tar and Heracross, and the ability to whip Full Restores form his butt.

i think the hardest Elites would have to be the LeafGreen ones.
They were hard enough the first time around, but after you finish the ruby/sapphire(sevii isalnds) campaign, they jump like 10-20 levels from where they last were. So you go in there tyo have a bit of fun ands Lorelei trashes you with her first pokemon. And i swear, that kingdra of Lance's is so impossible that it isn't funny....
especially if you don't have a dragon move or dragon type with you.
also, Lucian wsa a pain in the butt the very first time i challenged the league. I had to go through him three times thanks to the wonderful bronzong that could whip out earthquake and Rpaidash coudln't hit with fire blast hard enough....
though i luckily beat Cynthia the first time i got past Lucian, i amazed myself and that was three days after i got the gain, massive pwnage for the game cretaors right there.

FRLG elite four after obtaining the National Dex.
They use level seventies. Of course, they've got those weaknesses, but your Pokemon don't jump up 10-20 levels (as Dyvius mentioned) within seven stupid islands. But they're perfect training once you're able to kill them - training Pokemon is easy. I had a level 90 Rayquaza I traded to my Firered, where it grew to 99. Then I traded him back to my Emerald, grew him to 100. No hackin'
But still, no other Elites' levels exceed theirs.
