I would say pikachu, charizard or dragonite. Those three are my favorites by a long way. Plus the charizard I have I raised from a charmander in FR. He has sentimental value.

i would like someone like absol, and lucario. Pokemon that you could train with plush they're totally awesome. a togekiss or a pikachu would be cool too. if pokemon were real though I would have tons of pokemon .

I'd probably say a Chimchar or Charmander - I always pick Fire-types in this series, and I love fire-users in other games, so fire's a natural match for me. Wobbuffet always amuses me, and if trained properly, it's quite useful. If we're talking legendaries, Rayquaza would be pretty sweet, or maybe Palkia.

Arceus. If you have the creator of everything with you, you are kind of unbeatable because sureely he can also destroy everything he did? Ofcourse talking to him maybe little boring...

If it has to be friendly and all, Blissey or Linoone / Weavile are good choices. Blissey takes care of you, and Linoone and Weavile can be your HM bots at the same time.

- i have said why
- quite common as a magicarp and good for ocean travle
- for fighting and it looks cool
- useful for cutting things
- starter pokemon and flight
- ghost and ice types are always usefull
