Meh, I searched the whole site (I think) for a place that would list every Pokemon max atk, def, sp atk, sp def, spd, and hp in order from least to greatest in 6 different catagories on the same page and <s> Im too lazy to compare everything on the pokedex</s> I thought it would be good if we made one here! Starting with the highest stat pokemon, which is Arceus!

Maybe when were done, they can induct this thread into games guide forum! Hooray!

This is a completely original game type thing and not at all an elaborate rouse thrown together at the last moment so I can get my hands on the top pokemon in every stat while avoiding legendaries without having to do any work. Yup, thats exactly NOT what this is!

Ok, if there is somthing with a higher max stat then arceus' max stat, name it and Ill add it right over arceus. OH YA!/random exclamatories

So does Kyogre. 150 Special Attack and double STAB kicks pokemon butt.

highest HP = blissey (base 255 lol!)

highest def and sp def = shuckle (both base 230)

highest speed = deoxys speed form (base 180), otherwise ninjask (base 160)

highest att and sp att = deoxys attack form (both base 180), otherwise mewtwo (base sp att 154) and slaking (base att 160)

i only just noticed this, but slakings combined base stats are 670!! thats legendary proportions (for example, mews base stats add up to 600). if it wasnt for truant, he would be not only a legendary but an uber.....

and yeah, arceus has the highest combined base stats, but is nowhere near the top in any particular department (all 120). however, most special sweepers would kill for a base speed AND special attack stat of 120. its then just an insane bonus that its defences and hp are just as high. and for special walls it can throw in a single regular attack which comes off a base 120 attack stat too!! (or of course it could have a sweeper role and take the dual of the last sentence.) this thing will be pretty tough to take down......

I think Krogre can still wipe out Arceus without much problem. 150 Special Attack plus STAB + Rain Dance means that if Arceus is not using a Grass, Water, or Dragon form, one Hydro Pump should wipe it out, why, even Surf may do it. The two most common non-water attacks on Krogre are Ice Beam and Thunder, so if Arceus tries to dodge an uber water attack with a Grass, Water, or Dragon type, he's struck by one of these instead. However, the defenses work somewhat differently in fourth generation, so if Arceus gets access to a strong physical Grass or Electric attack.....

Who would win? Arceus or Kyogre?

Im going to edit this STAT speculation or somthing like it, cause that seems a lot more fun. Then we can all see which pokemon would make the best what in whos opinion at which time and under what circumstances based on type, stats, moves, and religion. Ok maybe just the first 3.

very hard to say. kyogre can even beat blissey with a few calm minds, and arceus' stats are lower in both the hp (way lower) and the sp def (quite lower). maybe if arceus has max hp and sp def and uses cosmic power recover, grass plate, and knows thunder?? or a powerful physical grass move. (i dont know much about the 4th gen since im in australia.)

In my oppinion. Kyogre...Arcues' stats are nothing compared to that of Kyogres, plus with his Ice Beam it'd be able to take down even the Grass and Dragon forms of it.

Actually, Rampardos has the highest attack (besides Deoxys) with 165 base, and Slaking 2nd highest attack with 160 base.
