I'm pretty sure that paralysis cuts the foe's speed to 1/4 of the original. On the topic of Octillery, I think he is OK because of movepool and ability.

Meh, maybe it's half in-game, but on netbattle, it's 1/4.

Dare I say it...w00t-ness!
I always like nidoqueen, but I think the king is better. Though queen is more defensive. I think I just like the king better since he's a guy. =D

Ladies first.
The queen would take king to the house with her defence.
Since papersun has posted nidoqueens psydex, i will just add a few comment instead of giving all of the pokemon's info. (unless the members want me to}
Queen and king make a perfect double battle team, probably the most loved posion pokemon.
Nidoqueen has some alright attack and Sp.Attack power's, but the defence is her main stat along with HP, an attack is useless if you can't hit your target.
4'3
132ibs
If you people agree, let me know. The Nido's should be twice the size as what they really are.
Ability: Poison Point
Egg: none
Final thought
The queen and only queen remain's supream, as the queen of posion pokemon. If I had to choose out of a bucket with all pokemon names written on peices of paper and I pulled nidoqueen, I would'nt be upset at all.
~8.9/10~

Hmmm....THE QUEEN. I haven't used her, but I'll give her a spin on my next Fr game. From the movepool just like THE KING she seems very capable of blasting any pkmn that comes her way. 9.2/10

Ah yes the Queen, used her in one of my Yellow files, she pwned everyone with Ice Beam, Rock Slide, Body Slam, and Double Kick. Though it would've been a bit more interesting if Nioking was picked instead. I wonder how Nido would've reacted.
Anyway: 8.3/10.0

Nidoqueen! The first Pokemon in the series of Pokemon games to get a gender... Lol.
Back to serious stuff, Nidoqueen is pretty good, but there are so many good physical sweepers around that it isn't used much. Could learn a lot of TMs though, so it's versatile for people that don't mind split EVs (use for in-game purposes only, for example?)

I like Nidoqueen. Good movepool, decent stats, and doesn't look half bad.

is a brill pokemon, not vital to your pokemon team but it is a good help, even though rocks because of its attack, is the defender of the lot. She learns thunder as well lol.
{nidoqueen} 7.7/10

I concur...
Anyway, I like all the Eeveelutions... and hope for more. Although Vaporeon is my least favorite I still like it a lot. It's fun to use them. I'm planning to train Vaporeon into my Lv.-100-group-that-doesn't-grow-too-quickly... soon.
I rate as such:
9/10

Let's see, Vaporeon...
Base Stats: HP 130/Attack 65/Defense 60/Speed 65/Sp Att 110/Sp Def 95
Excellent HP/Sp Att/Sp Def
Bad Defense and Speed
I believe Vaporeon is one of the best Water Pokemon, being outclassed by maybe Milotic and Suicune, but that's based on preference. Movepool is OK, Acid Armor BPing/Wishpassing, Surf, Ice Beam, Haze. The only thing that bothers me is the low defense.
Conclusion
= 8.5/10
EDIT: Make that 8.5/10
