Uber is used to refer to something overly powerful, but is used also as a term meaning "very." So if I said

Turtwig is uber cute, I would be saying that it was exceedingly cute.

And Onix is not ugly, just misunderstood.

I think Magikarp is cute. It's always flobbering around and helplessly stupid, but that's cool.

I think Gloom got hit with a spade. I also think the new D/P Frog Pokemon ran into a brick wall.


You want to talk about ugly. {magicarp} is both ugly and pathetic. {milotic} is the most majestic pokemon there is.

You do know beauty is subjective right? I mean, not because you like milotic everyone else has to like it.

Cuteness however is asociated to the things that -somehow- look like babies; It kind of wakes up the "maternal instint" on both, man and women. (NO, its not a gay stuff, its Darwin´s explanation).

Thats why when some people (mostly women) see a puppie, baby, kitty, etc. The want to hug it, rub it, have it... in other words being cute inspires protection.

{jigglypuff} -I don't know why, but I just started adoring it for some reason.

{magikarp} -Pathetic, maybe. Cute, yes. :P

{ampharos} -Who can not think that a yellow, bipedal sheep is cute?

Korinku/Spinx/Whatever: Actually, I'm going to have to agree with Pelli. Awesomely cute. I think the female is cuter too, less fur or whatever the black stuff is.

Ugliest

{lickitung} -Looks like the pink Yoshi went through a blender, then a garbage compressor, then a DNA altering machine.

{gloom} -"I drool, therefore I am so cute! ^_^"...no.

Gregguru/Crolurk/Dokoroggu (evolution thingy, I fail at memorization of Japanese names) -Decided to jump off a building and hit the pavement. Result-these two.

Funny, I've never seen a sheep that looked ANYTHING like a Ampharos before.

Why? Because it always smiles at you. ALWAYS. Even when you knock it out (you horrible person), it still smiles at you.

BTW, the ugliest Pokemon ever is also a lock. Nope, it's not Dunsparce or Blaziken. It's not even anything with the prefix "Regi-" in its name. Mikaruge, the new Dark/Ghost Pokemon, looks like nothing more than pixelated vomit.

Anyway, I'm not going to disagree with Frost that Dewgong is cute, but Linoone is by far the cutest Pokemon. Flygon is cute too, but it's more hawt than cute.

But I do have to agree with Frost that Mikaruge is the ugliest Pokemon, though the Regis are hideous as well.

Also, it means "Over" in German. *grins at Obs*

The cutest Pokemon for me is either Haunter or Quagsire. Haunter looks a little mischeivous, like a cat or a squirrel. Quagsire just has a sort of adorableness about its smile. Also, it looks very huggable.

There are so many ugly Pokemon that I can't list them all. The Regis, a vast amount of 4th-gen monstrosities, Groudon, Speal and its evolutions, Jirachi and Mime Jr. feature promenintly, though.

i'm kinda bummed out about how most pearl/diamond evolutions are not that appealing like tangela, nosepass(whose not to great to begin with) , and others like roselia who do look good have unappealing new forms...especially lickitung...i loved it especially when Jessie had one...but his evolved form...i am speechless due to how disfunctional it seems...the same for when i saw tangela...while i'm talknig about looks and diamond/pearl, dusclops evolved form looks awesome...chimchar and his evolutions aren't really eye-catching either...

anyway so i don't go out of topic completely...cutest might just be Llickitung, Espeon, Wynaut or Wurmple, and ugliest like i said is some of the new 4th generation pokemon...i'd understand if Satoshi Tajiri had trouble thinking...and a deadline...but seriously...they aren't too good.

The cutest Pokemon is obvious. Pochama (nothing wrong with Piplup, I just prefer Pochama) is the most adorable little thing to ever live. Close behind is Turtwig and Shinx.

The ugliest is Pottaishi, hands down. It's not so much that nothing is uglier than it, it just ruined the name of Penguins.

But, Penguin-obsessed freak or not, Pochama is the cutest thig to ever exist.
