Depends, I have a holographic espeon card from the neo discovery set that was obtained via booster at least a month after the set came out. Not first edition or anything, but I still have it.

Then there is my holo ho-oh card from whatever set it first appeared in (I seriously can't remember), obtained bu trading a misty's seadra for it (I hate that card, I really do) and have had it ever since.

The rarest card I have owned to date would be a mint condition Charizard from the first set. Now if this baby had been 1st addition I would of sold it for some serious coin at the time, but alas, it wasn't. Fate has it being stolen a day after I got it. Darn you Casey...-_-

Deoxys EX. I got it out of a Deoxys EX Booster Pak ( :roll: ), and I about died when I saw it. I have no clue what it's worth, but I'll scan a pic in later.

Edit: But, since someone said that already...then my Latias EX. Can't remember what pack I got it out of, though. My friend has one too, but she also has Latios EX (I think).

My rarest card is a Holographic Jirachi and a Holographic Wailord. I got them both in my first Hoenn pack ever, but didn't know that Jirachi was rare, so I let the card get scratches. It was a big mistake.

Yesterday? I got two booster packs. One EX Unseen Forces (from which came an {umbreon} EX and a {larvitar} holo) and one EX Delta Species (From which came a holofoil Holon Energy FF and a regular {skarmory} and {porygon 2} )

Yes, I'm extremely lucky when it comes to buying booster packs ^_^

Actually these days pokemon collectables are easy to get........I mean I stopped playing the tcg years and years ago, but I still know the play and as I keep on seeing the tcg, I can tell that the cards are easier to find, sadly :cry:

A shiny Metagross that on a super duper cheap website is worth45.00
and Celebii EX that on the same website is worth 50.00

You must know? OK, I have a holographic Metang, Poliwrath, Magneton, Grumpig, and Steelix EX. Most of them are Stars, although I won't go and check. From various sets.

They aren't new. They're from back when there wasn't even Johto yet. I don't have them with me at the moment but maybe you know which ones I'm talking about?

Possibly my Japanese Neo-Revelaion Suicune. It's not shiny though. I paid the equivalent to about $10 for it, too.

Other than that.. well, I have quite a lot of shiny Japanese Neo cards- Kingdra, Azumarril, Pichu, Blissey, Jumpluff, Heracross, Magnemite, Steelix, Tyranitar, Umbreon (my favourite!) and Steel Energy.
I don't know how rare shiny Japanese Neo cards are, but I like them nonetheless!
