It doesn't matter, just pick which 1 you want to give your pokemon & leave the other 1 in your bag...

They give the same boost, however the Rose Incense does however help breed {budew} aside from the similar boost it gives that Miracle Seed gives as well...

Use the Masuda Method to make breeding shinies easier. One foreign pokemon + one of your pokemon = shiny egg rate x4.
