Platinum is coming out in Australia tomorrow, though I am planning to get it later and before the first Nintendo event for it begins. In the past, has Australia been excluded from most Nintendo events? I know Japan and the US get almost everything, but besides the Manaphy and the Darkrai event (which I only just heard about today), there hasn't been much going on in Australia. I hope we at least get the special Regigigas and the Rotom event.

I live in Australia, and I'm getting Platinum in a couple of hours from this post. Nintendo gives out almost all the events to Japan and US. The Regigigas event would be good to get me an extra three legends to capture, but otherwise I would prefer events of Celebi and such.

Spoke too soon! I actually ended up getting my copy of Platinum an hour ago lol. I'm looking forward to playing it.

Yeah, I stopped playing Pokemon for a while (just to focus on adjusting to my first year at uni), but I suppose I'll start once again now that I've got Platinum.
