I was thinking about making a team to beat Platinum's E4 with only lv50 Pokémon.
Therefore, I need a few opinions, because I also want to keep my favorites:

Empoleon @ Leftovers
- Surf
- Grass Knot
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

Due to its type combination and high special defense, I want to make him a tanker, taking out Bertha and Flint's pokémon with ease. Against Cynthia, Stealth Rock+Roar may make a little damage. Against her Garchomp, Grass Knot or Surf should be helpful.

Absol @ Scope Lens ou Razor Claw
- Night Slash
- Psycho Cut
- Thunder Wave
- Sucker Punch

Absol has become the CH demon. Testing it in some simulators, i've reach 80% damage with a Night Slash's CH on a Rayquaza, both at lv100. Alone, it can take out Lucian's entire team and with the help of Thunder Wave, some of Cynthia's pokémon. Sucker Punch may be useful when it's HP is low.

Aggron @ Life Orb
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Avalanche
- Stone Edge

An excellent attack, terrific defense, but horrible speed. It may be an excelent choice with SubPunch tactics. I'm thinking about using it against Cynthia's Lucario, and against some other pokémon that it's capable of tanking. Avalanche may help against Aaron.

Umbreon @ Shell Bell
- Curse
- Payback
- Moonlight
- Quick Attack

The team's little monster. After six Curse usages, Payback due to its own effect may double its power, and combining with STAB, it results in a 150-power move. Umbreon's high defense, raised by Curse, raises his tanking abilities, and Payback's damage results in a great healing due to Shell Bell. For the worst moments, Quick Attack may be useful.

Zangoose @ Silk Scarf
- Swords Dance
- Thunder Wave
- Return
- Close Combat

Return's damage, with the help of the STAB, plus Silk Scarf and a single Swords Dance may take down a bunch of Salamences with a single hit. For fast opponents, Thunder Wave. For steel-type opponents, Close Combat.

Steelix @ Choice Band
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Stone Edge
- Crunch

The team's great wall, a defensive pokémon leading to a damage build. There's no much to say, as it is holding Choice Band.

Arcanine @ Choice Band
- Flare Blitz
- ExtremeSpeed
- Thunder Fang
- Iron Tail / Overheat

A fire moveset with physical moves to take down Aaron and keep some Power Points.

Flygon @ Life Orb
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
- Roost

Another option besides Aggron, but this time with self heal.

So, which ones shall I keep?
Yes, without that freaking Lucario.

get a standard calm minding gardevoir (Psychic, thunderbolt, calm mind, {optional}) to completely wall Cynthia's Milotic, and eliminate every poke on her team.
