Post subject: | Healing Wish Question |
The way I understand Healing Wish is: If the Pokemon uses it in the same turn in which in Faints, the next Pokemon sent out is fully healed with all statuses healed (a sort of opposite Destiny Bond). My question is this: Do those healable status effects including other Fainted Pokemon? That is, can Healing Wish be used to revive a Pokemon that has been knocked out already? Thank you in advance. |

No... because you can't send out a fainted pokémon and it would only be healed after you send it out.... |

Related question: does it work just the turn before the user faints, or does it apply as long as the poke that used it remains in play until it faints? |

Wish doesn't heal any pokemon other then the pokemon that used it so let's say Togetic uses Wish and if Togetic gets knocked out before the Wish comes true then the effect of Wish is useless. |

Miuzuki: Healing Wish and Wish are two different moves. Also, Wish DOES heal pokemon other than the user. Just switch before the wish comes true. |

Actually, I'm fairly sure Healing Wish acts like Memento. Use it and your pokemon faints INSTANTLY, but its replacement is fully healed. |

Healing Wish: "If the user faints this turn, its replacement will have its HP fully restored and any major status effect removed." Lunar Dance: "User faints, and its replacement's HP is completely restored." http://veekun.com/dex/moves/healing%20wish http://veekun.com/dex/moves/lunar%20dance |
