Dude, there is no way to get ??? Arceus for the aavrege person. it is problably a EXTREMELY hard hack, or a fake by nintendo. |

The Pokemon programmers were probably working on a ??? plate, but they removed it (because, to them, a ??? plate sounds silly) before they made the item, but after they made the sprites. As Pokemon programmers are lazy, they never got to removeing the unused sprites. |

I heard the ???-type Arceus only exists to prevent the game from crashing if Arceus is hacked to be a ???-type. |
