After two attempts at using over 15 Ultra Balls to no avail, my third attempt at catching Palkia involved throwing a Quick Ball at the start of the battle - and it was caught immediately. Talk about ironic (or maybe just lucky)...

For me, it is. I have no idea why, but Chatot [catch rate of 30] is much easier for me to catch than a Cherubi.

turning on - off can be time consuming. to reset press: L+R+select+start in p/d or A+B+select+start in GBA/C games. I find it faster than on - off.

I just caught an Azelf with a poke ball O.O

ok...irst i used surf on heatran to get him down to half......them i used a timer ball....and i caught him....i also used a premier ball on palkia with half health left and i caught him....

This isn't really, strange but... I caught Giratana with about 9 UBs.

i just caught heatran with a repeat ball, yellow health zone. (i hadn't caught one before)

i caught mewtwo with a pokeball, it was asleep but still in green. i nearly crapped haha

i caught a latias with a great ball it was all i had... that was the look i had

I caught both Heatran and Giratina with one Dusk Ball. I did have their health low though.

This wasn't in D/P, but in Crystal, I had just beat all the rocket guys etc, which brings you up to that tower where Suicune is. I forgot to save, and after aforever of trying to catch Suicune, I just sighed and said "God, I am THIS close to just giving up." I wanted to be out of Poke Balls before I gave up, though. So I threw Great Balls, then Pokeballs...

lol and then a pokeball caught suicune wut :o

I was like "...:D".

AND THAT IS WHY, KIDS, SUICUNE IS A GOD.

A VERY GULLIBLE GOD.

Other than that I don't really have any amazing captures, except for maybe catching Rayquaza with either my last or second to last ball.

OMG! I just caught Giratina with a PokeBall!

LOL! There's a good feeling knowing you just caught a legendary with the simplest of all Pokeballs.

This one is the oppisite of all you guys.....................................It took me 90 dusk balls to catch Uxie...................................When I fiannaly caught it my palms were sweating sooooo much and i was soooo tired! But it was worth it...........(90 dusk balls=90000 pokedollars)!!!

A few days ago, I was trying to catch Heatran. So I sent out Giratina (caught with my only Master Ball ). First turn, used Earth Power, brought HP down to red. Heatran used Scary Face. Threw a Dusk Ball next turn, and she just stayed.

I was like, ...What the bloody $@*!?! Didn't even put up a fight :/. No challenge at all. But, yeah, I was glad she didn't make me waste alot of 'Balls on her

for palparking to Diamond i got on my emerald, Registeel (failed, reset) go for timer balls

It was a full hp, first time i met it. (i knew i would suffer)

Get a 5th ultra Registeel,
get a 10ultra then 15th timer.

Now it's the second Regirock to struggle to death...

finaly snagged rigirock, pal parked them to Diamond, went to see how hard Regigigas was to catch without a masterball, i lowered it's health with 3 dragon claw from my lvl57dialga (my highest at that time) then pelted 3 quicks at it then 14 darks, had just lvl40 regice left when ultra no. 5 snagged it! woot!!!

Rayquaza: 1st encounter... BAMB.... trapped in a great ball.

Giratina: 2nd encounter: ultra ball after getting paralyzed and down to red.

Cresselia:(last week) (didnt have any move to stop it from fleeing)... soo after the 50th..ish encounter caught her with a nest ball.

Articuno: second encounter: great ball (zapdos and moltres=ultra ball)

heatran took me a while, so not considered meraculous but ultra ball

I caught giratina with a quick ball 58th turn.And beldum catch rate being three has to be true.Man it was hard.Beldum was paralyzed,it was in the red zone and it still wasted 50 or so pokeballs.I just gave up and migrated it from my friends sapphire.
