No i suggest you keep T-bolt. If your going to add CM take off Sludge bomb because sludge bomb is only super effective against grass pokes which most of them are part poison. Thunderbolt gets more type coverage.

Sludge Bomb is also powered by the Gengar's Poison Type, can do damage over time... Lightning is good against water and flying. One extra type. And not very effective/not effective against 4, I think. And Poison is not very effective against.. 5, but does more damage... But Paralysis is better than poison... gah. I think I'll stick to Sludge Bomb. It may have a bit less type coverage, but for those I can use Psychic and Shadow Ball. Extra damage + damage over time makes it more useful in most situations. In those it doesn't, I can switch out and grab something else.
