a flying type WOULD be awesome with wings as ears and wings as tails (so it can balance itself) and shuld be wither pure white or light blue and a ghost type wuld be awesome too!!! a dark purple/black dogthing with red eyes

Glaceia (did I spell that right? ) and Leafia are definitely two great additions to the Eevee family, but there are some flaws with them. I think it was DragonDaithi that said that Glaceia looks too much like Vaporeon and I have to agree. I mean, Ice and Water go hand in hand the same way Rock and Ground do. And... I don't really like that name "Leafia". It's like Nintendo just lost all its creativity.

And what's with them not ending in -eon?! D:

They do. The names are Leafeon and Glaceon.

I really like the new eevee evolutions. Glaceon being my favorite.

Its silly to say that Glaceon is not needed because Vaporeon can learn ice type moves.

A vaporeon's greatest assets are its large hp and its decent special attack. But using it as a sponge/wall is really not useful with no hp recovery move. And using ice type moves waste move slots seeing how it does not get a stab from it. Especially when there are many more popular alternates who learn ice beam such as blissey or even rhyperior (although I will admit that rhyp makes little to no sense to me. Terrible SP ATT)

In the end Glaceon has very high SP ATT, a decent defense stat, and he has a great ability. Topped with although not an incredible speed stat and its rare type (all ice) I think its a great addition to the eevolutions. Especially if you have a complete loathing for Jynx. As I do.

As for Leafeon, Im glad to have a grass evolution. But I really have no preference either way. I do prefer his ability over the almost useless ability of Venusaur. (Honestly, if your hp is below 33% you MIGHT get a hit off, before it faints, especially considering its low speed stat.) So I think his ability is much more useful for a sweeper.

There need to be more eeveelutions. All types would be great. I think is my favorite new one.

Anyway the new evolutions are pretty par on eevee quality, Umbreon and Jolteon seem to remain the top two.

So I'm not disappointed but I didn't expect much to begin with.

i think glaceon is very nice but leafeon i a joke of the nature.
it's only a lot of salade.
