Hi, first off all, this is not advertisinig. :wink:

My signature is the one offered in "fundies say the darnest things" here: http://www.fstdt.com/signature/code.asp

I usually use the same sig in every forum; however, I have recieved angry PM's (not in this forum) from people who think Im trying to ridiculize all christians, this is not true, we just try to ridiculize christian fundamentalist, please dont get confused with me bashing religious people in general.

So I just wanted to ask: Is there any forum rule against this kind of sig?

By the way, the signature changes randomly, it changes whenever you refresh the page.

well, I don't know if there is a rule or not, if your sig is offending others' religion, you shouldn't keep it.

I'm pretty sure that you'll get in trouble if you insult any type or form of religion. There is no rule that I know of against it but it's probably a bad idea.

But I'm not a mod so I'm not sure.

Again: My sig is not ment to offend other religions; is just to mock fundamentalist in general.

Oh, and I forgot something, since the sig randomly changes, sometimes it will be too long, but you just refresh the page and its gone. I know there is a rule regarding signature size. What can I do about it??

I don't think it's worth all of the trouble. If there is even a chance that you will receive hate mail, or exceed the signature limit, why bother?

Err...because is important top follow the rules perhasp? I dont care about hate mail (I actually find it funny), but I just dont want to have problems with the staff (it has happened in other forums) , thats why I prefer to have a direct approval from a mod.

We have a problem with it because a lot of the randomly-generated quotes make your sig exceed 200 pixels in height. Please change it to something that won't.

A good rule of thumb for anything you do in public, be it real life or the internet, is this:


If you think it may not be okay to do, don't do it at all.


Besides, it's just your forum signature. It's not that big of a deal. Put some pogeymons in there, this is a pogeymon forum after all.
