Okay so I just got FireRed from my local Gamestop and found out that the un-deleted profile on it had the 3 legendary birds, Ho-oh, Lugia, and Mewtwo, but I think Ho-oh and Lugia are hacked. It says Ho-oh is from One Island and Lugia is from Saffron City, but they're both from Navel Rock. Should I just migrate the birds and Mewtwo to Platinum, or include Ho-oh and Lugia?

A hacked pokemon is just hacked, the chances are is that it's just not legit, it won't delete your save file. Basically, it should be safe to migrate it.
