trainer tower teams!!!

Is there a standard for teams when battleing at trainer tower. I mean is it like battle tower in emerald or since speed is a factor is there different ideas on how to complete in a timely fashion???

Well, for one you have a team of 6 and can use items. Since it's based on speed, sweepers would be preferred over tanks and walls. With a team of 6, you could have 4 sweepers and 2 tanks/walls, which should be a decent team...
