I'm sorry if this question has been asked before..but, is there any easier way to find your legendary dog on LFG/FR?

Besides Repel, no. The odds of finding a dog without one are minimal. I'd say 5% would be a fair estimate...Trust me, Repels are the way to go.

Well, I'll try. Maybe it works like on Pokemon Emerald, where you have to be in a path interception to get Latios/Latias.
