Depends on the day and time. An average school day, I'm on at about 3 o;clock, then run until I get yeled at which is around 5 or 6. Then my family gets on, and I jump back on from 9 to 10.
On a Friday/Saturday I'm usually on for at least 5 hours. An hour in the morning, and off and on all day.
Summer=no school, which means I can practically be on for 9 hours if I wanted. However a friend usually calls, or my XBOX...
I have a lot of computer time, and lately it's been hectic because everyone wants to get on while I'm modding my boards.
It sucks when I'm working on a huge hack, and my mom literally orders me off.

let's see...i'm online waaay too much for it to be good for me, most likely. Due mostly to my RPGs which are extremely active. But I also work on the computer for my other hobby stuff, such as writing and art, so I switch frequently between online and offline work.

I generally turn my computer on in the morning, and I'm usually online for about 30 minutes during that time. I leave it on, and when I get back home, I'll have it on in the background no matter what I'm doing. (Whether it requires the computer or not.)
I generally have 6 or 7 different windows open at once; I'll generally take occasional breaks from whatever I'm doing to check chats/forums/e-mail/etc. I usually turn my computer off around 10 or 11.

The computer tends to be on pretty much all week, but my incredibly hectic schedule prevents me from being on as much as I would like. On weekdays, I'll really only have an hour at most. Even that's becoming less and less common, which is somewhat distressing. But on a weekend, like today, I'll be on whenever I don't have musical rehersal, chores, homework, babysitting, or any of the other things that keep me busy. Which actually means that I still won't be on much.

Quite honestly, an unhealthy amount. This past week has been my spring break and my friends have called me a hermit for wanting to stay on campus. I have left my dorm only 3 times in order to go play Halo 2 over at a friend's house. The rest of my waking hours have been spent on my computer doing homework, talking or watching anime. I have finished the entire series' of Hellsing, Trigun, Outlaw Star, and Azumanga Daioh. That alone totals to about 46 hours of anime. So, I've spent close to 70 hours on this computer this week.
During normal school schedule, I usually spend about 8 hours a day on it.

Hooray!! The musical is over, finally giving me a great deal more time. I'd be online every moment that I'm not at school, if not for the fact that the weather is finally becoming nicer. This means I'd rather be outside then typing, but it still opens up my computer time for whenever I don't feel like being outside. I hibernate during the winter due to my extreme dislike of cold, but the summer draws me out.
On a side note, I would just like to mention that my town's production of "Beauty and the Beast" was the greatest musical in the history of forever. The casting was magnificent, and the dedication put into it by the brilliant actors and actresses made it a truly magical experience for all ages. By the way, I was Monsieur (sp?) D'arque, the greatest character in the entire thing.

I'm online for about 4-5 hours usually, since I have a lot of spare time as I'm 12 and have lack of responsibilities!

Most days I'll be up at abouts 6 in the morning, go out from about 12-6 in the afternoon, then spend the rest of the night on the net. So about 12 hours a day if I had my own way

I have never understood internet obsession. I can't explain to anyone why someone would want to stay on the internet for more than two hours. Sure you can play games online, but spending excessive amounts of time in random chats or "surfing" is unbelievable to me.

I totally agree, DatVu. It's a healthy habit, but aren't there more important and constructive things to do with your lives?
