I use it as well. I am mainly on my Netbook and therefore decided to run on Ubuntu as opposed to Windows. Lag is unbelievable sometimes. Anyway, my desktop is here. |

Anyway, my desktop is here. Kind of late but I didn't catch this earlier so yeah... Just wanted to point out that I'm running openSUSE, not Ubuntu. But it's cool that there's another Linux user on here. |

It's hard to tell the difference sometimes. I switched to Ubuntu 11.04 recently and i now have unity. In the middle of pimping it up. Got some better stuff up top on the panel. Autohiding dock on the left btw |

I tend to cycle mine every 4-6 months, alternating between pretty backgrounds and "motivational" telling-off ones. Currently I have this as my desktop : |

At BENSLAYER, You should organise your icons on the left side. Get rid of the oens you won't need or can't easily access from a quick tap on the start menu. A clean desktop is a happy desktop haha. |

There aren't any Jeff Soto wallpapers on the interwebz, so I make do. There are five images my settings cycle through. These are just two. |

Believe it or not, this is cut down. xD If I really need to remind myself to do thing I even cluster them in the middle, so I have to do them to stop obscuring the wallpaper. |

Well, go through each one, and just delete whatever one you don't need on your desktop. Runescape shortcut? (easily sorted by bookmark) etc. But also, you can pin frequently used applications on taskbar i think. (I don't run Windoze so i couldn't say) |

(I don't run Windoze so i couldn't say) Like I said, this is the cut down version, I use all of those icons. Plus loads of others are already pinned, I like the variety of Windows. The Runescape one is actually an .msi shortcut not a webpage shortcut. |
