Here's the short version, they're try to catch all 491 (No Shaymin or Arceus) in 72 hours. They will use Fire Red, Leaf Green, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl,
Pokemon Gale of Darkness, Pokemon Colliseum + American and Japanese Bonus Discs, Pokemon Ranger, and Pokemon Ranch. to do it. People will donate money, and all profit will go to ACT Today, (for people with autism)

Will they have to play every game from the start? o_O

And it probably won't work, since Pal Park takes 24 hours. :X

They WILL restart every game, and will restart one Ruby or Saphire, Fire Red or Leaf Green after getting one starter to get the other.

I heard about this a week ago on Bulbapedia. I think it's a good thing that they're donating money to autism. I'm definately going to watch it when it happens.


I agree, but I think they can finish in the 72 hour time limit if they use the dongle method to catch most of the Pokémon just in Diamond and Pearl. All the others they can easily transfer by Pal Park, since only the starters, the legendaries, and Tangela and Tropius can't be obtained in those games. But I could be wrong...

Yes, the starters, legendaries, Tangela, and Tropius do not apear in D/P/P. But they are not saying how they will get the event Pokémon, or if they will cheat.

That could pose a serious problem but that sounds cool, i hope they succed
