Actually, I have a story with that - we got my dog kosher jerky, marketed as dog food. It was kosher though (I guess really religious dogs need it?). My uncle decided to play around, and we thoguht he was joking. He put it in his mouth and said it was delicious.
My eyes lit up, I looked at my mother, and before I could open my mouth, she said no.

But i think pig is the best.
You can get steaks, ribs, bacons, sasauges AND byproducts from one animal. What more could you want?

As a Floridian, I  lobster and crab more than any other type of meat. Pork is dry unless it's bacon or ribs , beef and chicken are sometimes too plain, and I've never had venison.
